Mind2Mind Company is different from other Publishing House in Malaysia. For them, an editor doesnt need any qualification either a person has SPM, Diploma or Degree in any course. Qualification is the last thing of requirement. They will hire candidates who have much experience in editorial field, good performance, talent person, and big spirit while doing a job or task. Qualification is not very important to them because the most important thing to be an editor is skill. Second requirement is candidates must have many experiences in editorial. From this, candidates will know in exactly what their job and what theyve to do. For information, this company stands by itself and they will not teach or train candidates how to do a job. It is one of the reasons why they will choose a person who have many experiences in this field. Third requirement is good performance. To be an editor, candidates must have good performance. It is because when editor shows their good attitude and credibility so it will increase the quality of this company.

Next is talent. This is one of the most important requirements that they will look for. If candidates have good performance only, it will not give specialize to be a good editor. CHALLENGES
In Mind2Mind Company, basically there are no challenges to the editor. All is depend to editor itself. Its because why the good characteristics are needed. Chief Editor will give opportunity to the editor to do their job without restraint. Even though they dont have dateline to submit their job but, the editor needs to concern about their work. For example, if there has faulted or wrong in their article so that theyve to redo it until all is done wisely. In fact, in reality challenges between Publishing House in Malaysia is still have. Either small or big company, all members of departments need to improve their skill and attitudes to increase the named of their company. Its not like only an editor have to give hundred percents of effort and energy but everyone in this Publishing House.
