C+ Have a car spotter. They will warn the party that a car is coming and give them time to get out the road. Also we could wear visible clothing so that oncoming drivers can see us and slow down to let us get out their way.

Use a phone to call 999!!! Have a charged phone that has signal and everyone should have this. Have a first aid kit to treat minor /nonreportable injuries. Have someone who knows basic first aid, someone who can put a person in the recovery position (Troy)
