20 November 2012 Dear Parents and CAS India Students, As preparations for the trip to India are nearing

completion, I wish to take this opportunity to give you some further information. It is of the utmost importance that parents and guardians, together with their participating son/daughter take responsibility for obtaining the correct travel documents, visas, vaccinations and also the parental permission to travel from their local town hall (toestemming voor verblif in het buitenland). Do not delay. Visas can take a long time to be issued. The school cannot apply for these documents on your behalf. Parents/guardians must apply for and on behalf of their son/daughter. As we pass through Belgian and then Indian border control those without proper documentation will have to return to Antwerp. The school cannot circumvent immigration legislation. Accordingly, you are strong advised to apply immediately for a single entry INDIAN TOURIST VISA. Go to VFS Global at the following address http://in.vfsglobal.be/
