Thank you for getting back with us. The reason for the request is that Dame La Mano has requested grant funds from Community development. They are holding off on the funding because there are some outstanding complaints/investigations they want completed before any funding is given. Our section has conducted an Identity Theft complaint and we are checking for the city if anyone else still has any open investigations or their findings. Thank you, PP

on all the investigations.

As of now we are unable to confirm any issues and after going back

out to the Salvation Army are unable to locate anyone that wants to come forward on any allegations of wrong doing. Therefore everything that we have been investigating is closed out.

"confirm" that the Police Department did not have any continuing investigations related to Dame La Mano. We learned that in fact we DO have one case still being investigated by our Vice Unit. We met with Commander Spalloni and were advised that their investigation was still in progress. We then responded to the media that we did in fact still have an open investigation. They were not told who was investigating or what we were looking at but only that the PO was investigating issues related to Dame La Mano. Darrel nor I have spoken to anyone from Dame La Mano regarding this. I hope this clarifies the Pia Office's involvement but please contact myself or Darrel should you require any further information.

I've asked Leila to pull you all together and get this straightened out. This is , ridiculous, particularly since I've got a city represergatlve out there in the middle of operations. City Manager
