The socialism-communism has shown in practice that the theory is not applicable, their ruling cliques to move from dictatorship to a shameful tyranny. International duty would be to fight to tyrants and their cliques to international tribunals and that between their laws include criminal figures into the crimes against humanity as the economic, ecological and moral destruction of countries subjected to tyranny under any philosophical flag (the pseudo-science or religious). But now other countries continued, but not precisely because of low productivity, in these cases, that easy money could have a period of prosperity and on that charge was added the debts of national private entrepreneurs which were purchased by Governments. Result: The overvaluation of technological products created a world of buyers of these products that exchanged for raw materials at very low price; it is the socalled "unequal exchange". Buyers par excellence countries lost purchasing power. Now more than half of the gross national product is going in interest and debt stays fixed. Countries essentially exporters (1st World) pawned their countries for the same reasons above, but also added the decrease of sales by the problems of the buyers. And like colophon, latter countries is compounded by the worst, they have removed much of the industry outside of their respective nations seeking to decrease the cost of the labor force. There must be a way out of this vicious circle between purchase and sales and to the problem of the relocation of industry, but in fact you no sight. In previous centuries wars and florid wars of the Aztecs decreased populations and in those moments human inventiveness was sharpen in the creation of new technologies that increased productivity, to make a space for a new biological climax of humanity. The latter include self-destruction and renewal. We are now in the climax, but rather in the phase of self-destruction.
