Managed a caseload of ten students with varying ranges of Specific Learning Disabilities, Emotional and Behavior Disorders, and Autism. Led guided reading and writing, SLANT Word Study, and interactive math. Conducted IEP meetings, worked closely with a predominately ELL population, and provided push-in support to five home rooms for science and social studies. Macatawa Bay Middle School - Holland, Michigan Spring 2012 Acted as an 8th grade resource teacher for a caseload of nine students with varying ranges of Learning Disabilities. Led resource math and academic support, as well as team taught extended math, pre-algebra, and humanities.
