10.07.2012. Att. Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States William Sutter Dear Mr. Sutter, I am in receipt of your latest correspondence, where you are stating that I am out of time to file a Writ of Certiorari on Taitz v Astrue 11-5304 U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit as mandate issued in May. Please see the attached docket of the Taitz v Astrue 11-5304 U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. It shows that the case at hand ended on 08.29.2012 which means that I have 90 days until November 30th to file my Petition for Writ of Certiorari, I am certainly not out of time. I am asking you to correct your prior order issued in error. In the Court of Appeals we are simply seeing the same pattern of manipulation of the court documents and docket that we've been seeing during the last 4 years of
Letter to the Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court William Sutter 10.07.2012 1

Obama's regime, particularly in relation to my cases relating to Obama's forged IDs and his fraudulent use of a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him. I would like to remind you that my Application for Stay Lightfoot v Bowen 08A524 was erased from the docket of the Supreme Court on 01.21.2008, right after Obama's inauguration and one day before the scheduled conference hearing by the Supreme Court, and this case was reentered on the docket only after an enormous pressure by the public, media and State Representatives. There was no investigation by the Supreme Court as to who deleted this case from the electronic docket, seemingly to please Mr. Obama, and create an impression that his forged IDs are no longer challenged. My case was deleted when other case were untouched. Later, one of your clerks for Stay, Danny Bickel, stated that it was a technical error, that all cases were deleted, but obviously that was not the case. In relation to Taitz v Astrue, someone removed the link from the Mandate on the electronic docket in the Court of Appeals. There is no link on the docket to the Mandate, someone removed it and wrote on the paper Mandate May 25th, while in reality the Mandate was issued on August 28th.

Letter to the Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court William Sutter 10.07.2012

I am asking you to verify based on the docket that the Mandate issued on August 28th, 2012 and that I have until November 30th to submit my Petition for a Writ of Certiorari. Mr. Sutter, this is the most important matter in the U.S.A. today. This is the matter of the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency by a foreign national using forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number from a state where he never resided and high ranked Federal Judges committing treason against the United States of America by covering it up and being criminally complicit in this Social Security fraud, Identity fraud and Elections Fraud. The decision of the Court of Appeals was to deny my Freedom of Information request for a redacted SS-5 Social Security application for the Connecticut Social Security number Mr. Obama is fraudulently using because: a. Mr. Obama has an expectation of privacy, even though E-verify and SSNVS are saying that the number he is using, is not his number b. There is no Public Interest in knowing whether we have a criminal with a stolen Social Security number sitting in the White House.

Letter to the Chief Clerk of the Supreme Court William Sutter 10.07.2012

Mr. Sutter, I know that you are a retired general of the U.S. military. You took an oath of office to defend our Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. There was never a more important time to do so. I am not asking for any favors, I am only asking you to look at the docket and see that the mandate was issued on August 28th and I have time until November the 30th, that I am not out of time, and am asking you to send me a letter of confirmation of this fact and a correction to your prior letter. Not allowing this case to be heard because of an incorrect and manipulated mandate notation would end in a most egregious deprivation of civil and human rights of 314 Million Americans.

Respectfully, Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ 10.07.2012
