People never demonstrate their talent when a performance is delivered. This can lead the public to witness years of bad performances.

Why
?????????

In this weeks course we learned to further develop techniques by creating shapes on images/pictures. I used my own blogger profile picture for this project because it shows different kinds of objects, which might be useful in order to experience different types of techniques that might help me out in the near future. I started by selecting my profile drop down arrow and selected tag image and copy or you right click on the mouse, drag the image onto your desktop screen (outside of the Internet window) where you have the program icons. Then place image in a new blank page within the adobe illustrator and right click, select paste and the image will appear on page. Now that you have an image, select the windows tool bar and select layers (like mentioned in the previous week blog). Give each layer a title when the create layer window appears and select a different color for each title. This might sound difficult to understand the select different color for each layer title because our professor insists that its important to give each title a color. Since Im using an apple computer my title is highlighted to indicate the type of color I have and then click continue or OK.

WITH A CLASSIC LOOK

^ ^ Same thing here I selected all image and then chose the effect called charcoal. If youlayer youmy image youll see what Imonly the face. Although youyou place the facelayer forfirst and thenand draw look at talking about (I hope), if layers the sunglasses will NOT see the sunglasses have created the sunglasses

the sunglasses outline but dont see them, they still exist. You have to go over to the layers column and click and drag the sunglasses over the face layer rectangle and now you can see a face with sunglasses. This is how the program works, kind of like reality if you stand in front of a tree and take a picture like that, then thats how you would draw it a person in front of the tree and other stuff.

Here
to do that.

I have added more detail to the image by giving it some shadow under the chin, over the nose bridge, and the eyes within the sunglasses. The light fixtures and sprinkler system have some detail too. The sunglasses on the rack have some price tags on them, needed to enlarge area with magnifier in order

his image represents how an individuals up bringing can influence in their day-to-day lives. Religion is demonstrated through the stained glass effect and depicts living life in a positive manner. Society can benefit from people who behave in this way.

Relax. You shot the sheriff, but you didnt shoot the deputy!
This image reminds us that no matter all the evil or semi-evil things you have done, a pardon and enlightenment can be reached at any point in life. Every individual has their defects but should try to recognize them early on to avoid evil deeds. Buddha represents what everyone can aspire too by becoming a good harmonious being and connected with nature. You can accomplish so much through Buddhas example and gain from it too, like: happiness, better health and relieve stress.

Relax....

I N N E R
Inner peace.never leave home without it.
Everyone always wants to have friends who are cool and happy because their spirit can change a bad mood. Buddha represents this belief because he saw the good in everything and everyone. Many individuals throughout the world are spreading their enjoyment by donating their time to build homes for the poor and joining green peace to end injustice.

todays course we learned to draw a basic image using only 100 (hundred) strokes that consisted of either or lines, dots, circles, and numbers to depict our finished image. Seems easier than it sounds, because you have to select an image and make sure you dont lose count and able to complete your imagewith only 100 lines or circles. Giving your image shapeis also important to define your representation, not just for yourself but for others as well.

This image represents family time around the dinner table when I was growing up. The only two adults who were able to enjoy vino (red wine) at least every once in a while were my parents. This mainly happened on their birthdays and special occasions, I and my other siblings wondered how it tasted because only adults were permitted to drink it. These times were special because the foods my mother cooked and still prepares are superb! My mothers recipes have been handed down from generation to generation, sorts of old world (mothers side of the family) and new world (fathers family) combination. Sitting around the dinner table was awesome because of the home cooked meals my mom made and hearing stories about their youth, and joking around with their children.

Coffee, but wheres the donuts?

ith so many Starbucks coffee shops around town its no surprise to see their customers without any donuts. I ask myself why?..... Could it be because their prices are too expensive and leaves no room to purchase donuts; hell yeah(!) thats the reason. I remember coffee

use to cost fifty to seventy-five cents in the late eighties and early nineties. Now a day you got all types of coffee from A to Z (no relation with the vitamin pills), few ingredients that dont cost that much to create a different kind of flavor. If you support you local neighborhood coffee shops and/or diners you will have spare change to purchase and enjoy a donut with you coffee compared to your big franchise shops.

cept and composition. Craft, the drawing pad, stylo pen, paint brush, width size (from 3pt. to 100pt. in order to cover up the canvas screen for background) different colors (black, white, & gray), tea cup, saucer, lighted lamp, scanner as pedestal, adobe illustrator, and hand & eye coordination. For concept we used the tea cup with saucer and the lighted lamp that light and shadow to the object in a dark classroom. The class also started to get use to the configurations done to the drawing pad and the stylo pen that made the process of drawing exactly where you wanted on the screen. Carefully show the objects darkest shadow outline while keeping in mind to blend in with the lighted areas of the object. Here are two objects that were done for this class, one in class and the other for homework.

First select black pointer, then double click near the outline you have chosen (in case you have created more than one) and create a box around the image or by placing the arrow pointer over any line of outline. Then select stroke size and pick the size that you want and this is the same procedure to color the interior of the image by clicking on the little white cube (it's like a foreground canvas) and then double click the same cube to make an option of colors appear. Select the color you want, you'll see that the highlighted image changes into the color you selected. The black outlined cube box next to the white cube turns outline any color you want by selecting

the image like mentioned above. Now, if there's a color you like that is part of the original photo/image you can select the eyedropper tool for the outline overlap instead of looking for it on the color tool box.

ere is buddha in a realistic yet imaginative form I thought up of which follows 5 more images that leads to the most abstract image. I started off by drawing the figure then, I just added a theme to it. I like the nature atmosphere so I decided to go with it because its relaxing and cool. I tried to keep the illusion of sun light the best I could on the trees, rocks, grass, temple in the background and Buddha himself. Hes red because thats how the figure looks like, some other form of jade (green rock like). Well I hope you all like these images. Blog-u-later!
