7134 WOW (Connections to Living and

Learning) Wider Opportunities for Work


For students seeking to access their community, work and, training.

This year long course (February 10- December 11) will include the following modules

Core WOW units ELECTIVES


Career Development Students will also be able to select from a variety of electives Art, Music , Creative Writing and Technology
Communication for Work To identify and express thoughts, feelings, conflicts, and strengths
Technology for Work To increase their self-esteem and coping skills.
Workplace Practice To re-engage with education and community.

All students must enrol in all Core WOW units (Thursdays) Students may enrol in any or all of the elective streams.

Enrolment, entrance and exit is flexible and negotiated in consultation with the Individual, Course Coordinator and Support Personnel.
This accredited course may entitle students to Centrelink supplements and may be paid via Centrepay.
