for the City of Colorado Springs, and Entries of Appearance for Rebecca Wallace and Sara Rich. Please let me know whether you will agree to accept service of process for the City of Colorado Springs. Additionally, we plan to file a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction tomorrow morning. Earlier this evening, in an effort to provide notice of our Motion for TRO to the City of Colorado Springs, Mark Silverstein left you a voicemail on your cell phone requesting that you call him back on his cell phone (303-638-7411) to discuss the Motion. In our Motion, we will be requesting that the court schedule a hearing this week (prior to the Citys stated enforcement date for the ordinance). If we have not heard from you tonight, we will try to reach you first thing tomorrow morning so that we can discuss scheduling of a TRO hearing before we call the court to coordinate scheduling the hearing on the courts docket. If you could please respond and provide me with the best number to reach you in the morning it would be appreciated. Sincerely, Sara J.
