1. Writer's Foreword

First and foremost, I'd like to thank to God for blessing me to finish this guide. Hi, I'm G-Pau
(Garry Paulin) a.k.a. CoeL and welcome to my guide! This is my first ever guide so I wish to
apologize if there is any bad word, spelling mistake or bad grammar. There is no other cause why
I wrote this guide except I really love playing Luna. Luna is not the first hero I play, but after I
sucked for playing other heroes and find Luna is the most interesting, I truly love her now. My
English is poor due to it's not my mother’s language, and I'm still young either, so once again I'd
like to apologize for anything you will read. The primary purpose of this guide is to teach you
HOW to properly play Luna, what she capable is, so you can maximize her potential. There are
several section in this guide that may be boring to be read by you, so you can find in table of
content what you really feel necessary. And again I apologize for my poor experience uploading
image. You will find this guide lacking of image. But don't worry, I surely will update over time

and give you a good replay. Happy reading !

2. Hero Overview
PROS
a. Has a nice agility-growth.
b. An agility hero with a nuke ability.
c. Has an instant kill ability
d. The only one range hero that can do cleaving attack.
CONS
a. Not really good strength-growth.
b. Bad attack-animation.
c. No escape mechanism.

Luna Moonfang is a stalwart and devout follower of the Moon Goddess, Elune. She fights
alongside the Sentinel in the neverending battle to cleanse the land of the unholy Scourge.
Through her valiant efforts, she has been granted small portions of Elune's mystical power. Luna
uses this gift to cut a swath through her enemies. It has been said that Luna is able to call down
the very light of the moon, and is always surrounded by a glowing aura, as though in moonlight
herself. Luna is a shining beacon for the Sentinel, an ever vigilant protector.
Comment:
Her role is to carry the team. She can farm very well, and Killing with ease(thanks to eclipse).
More over She has a nice agility and strength growth compared to other agility hero.

3. Skill Overview

Lucent Beam
Luna concentrates on the moon's energy and channels it forcefully to the surface, damaging an
enemy unit.

Level 1 - 75 damage. 0.01 Ministun.

Level 2 - 150 damage. 0.1 Ministun.
Level 3 - 225 damage. 0.3 Ministun.
Level 4 - 300 damage. 0.6 Ministun.

Cooldown: 6 seconds.
Level 1: 90 mana, 6 sec cooldown.
Level 2: 100 mana, 6 sec cooldown.
Level 3: 110 mana, 6 sec cooldown.
Level 4: 120 mana, 6 sec cooldown.

Comment:
This is probably why Luna is picked more often than mortred, darkterror, or anymore dpser. With
this skill, Luna can nuke his enemy from far distance, hopefully nets a kill. This can also used for
last hitting creep earlygame. Also, this skill is blocked by Linken’s Sphere.

Moon Glaive

Allows Luna to attack extra enemies with each Glaive attack. Each enemy struck beyond the first
incurs a 35% damage loss, per unit.

Level 1 - Luna hits 2 enemies with every attack.

Level 2 - Luna hits 3 enemies with every attack.
Level 3 - Luna hits 4 enemies with every attack.
Level 4 - Luna hits 5 enemies with every attack.

Passive
• Glaives override both Feedback (Diffusal Blade, Manta Style) and Cold Attack (Eye of
Skadi), and other orbs (Corruption, Maim, Chain Lightning) cause her attack to
malfunction entirely, stripping her of her physical attack.
• The only Orb Effect you could use with Luna is Lifesteal (will only leech life from the
first target, but the glaive will still bounce). As of 6.50, Unholy Rage is no longer based
on Vampiric Potion, and therefore will not cause Luna to leech life on every bounce when
activated.
• If you have high IAS, your glaive can bounce back onto the previous target. This is
because there is a bounce counter that ensures every unit is only hit once, and every time
Luna attacks, the bounce counter is reset. So if you attack before the previous bounce is
complete, the previous bounce can damage a damaged target.
Comment:
I think Luna doesn’t need cleaving attack anymore. With this skill, Luna can easily clear creep
wave. It works for building, and everything. Making Luna, once again an area hero.

Lunar Blessing
Nearby ranged units gain the power of the moon.

Level 1 - Increases base ranged damage by 6%.

Level 2 - Increases base ranged damage by 13%.
Level 3 - Increases base ranged damage by 20%.
Level 4 - Increases base ranged damage by 27%.

Passive

Comment:
This skill improve damage luna a lot. It gives 27% improve damage for free.

Eclipse
Calls to the moon's magic, summoning a concentrated burst of Lucent Beams to damage targets
around Luna. Damage is equal to Lucent Beam level.

Level 1 - Summons 4 Lucent Beams.

Level 2 - Summons 7 Lucent Beams.
Level 3 - Summons 10 Lucent Beams.

Cooldown: 140

Level 1: 150 mana, 140 sec cooldown.

Level 2: 200 mana, 140 sec cooldown.
Level 3: 250 mana, 140 sec cooldown.

Comment:
This is Luna’s ultimate, it allows you to dominate from early game. And helps you to help you
dominate late game.

4. Skill Build
Finally, after all boring things you read above, we come to skill build section, which is probably

the most important part of this guide. As you know, Luna has been nerfed(or Buffed? ) a lot
since version 6.50, Luna may be lost his farming ability early game due to his eclipse that
obligate you to level up lucent beam as soon as possible. In the other day, when Eclipse is not
affected by lucent, Luna only needs to get stats and Lunar Blessing aura, so she could lasthit or
jungling easily. But these are not really make luna lost her power. Okay, enough for the little
talks, here is the skill build:

Skill Order
1. Moon Glaive
2. Stats
3. Lucent Beam
4. Lucent Beam

Skill Description
As you can see above, at level one we take one level in moon glaive. Why? this is for jungling
purpose, and even though you don't jungling(maybe you solo mid), it will help you harassing
your enemy when there is only one creep around. Lucent beam will be maxed start in level 3, it
is because the damage start to get heavier when it gets level3(which means when you got level 5
in my build) and you want to max Lucent as soon as possible, so you can kill enemy with eclipse
start at level 6. Too many stas early game? it is because Luna is a food early game, very
vurnerable to be killed, she doesn't have escape mechanism, so getting stats early game would be
wiser. After you get level12, now is the time to show your opponet that you got a fancy-cool-
looking aura, take it while at the same time maximise Moon glaive as well. By the time you max
the moon glaive, it mostly probably the lategame so you can push easily and much more faster.

5. Item Build
Everytime you choose Luna, this message will appear : "Do not buy the following items for
Luna: Sange, Sange&Yasha, Stygian Desolator, Maelstorm and Mjolnir. The orb effects
from these items will cause Luna's attack to malfunction". Nah, As you can see, then do not
buy those following items, but most people, even pro, will believe that Luna couldn't get any
items with orb effect. It happens to me when I'm still a noob. Luna still could get the orb that are
not mentioned in that message which are lifesteal and feedback. It are helm of the dominator,
mask of madness, satanic, diffusal blade and manta style. So that's all the intro, here are the item
build:
Note: I won't describe too much about little items like wraith bands cause I believe if you're pro
enough, you will get this item eventually. Also buy chick when your teammates don't buy it for
you.

Item Order
2x Circlet of Nobility (185x2)
2x GG branch (57x2)
2x Tango (90x2)
2x Slippers of Agility (150x2)
2x Wraith Bands Recipe (125x2)
1x Boots of Speed (500)
1x Blink Dagger (2150)*optional*
1x Boost of Travel (2200)
1x Giant Axe (1000)
1x Black King Bar Recipe (1600)
1x Broad Sword (1200)
1x Mask of Death (900)
1x Helm of Iron Will (950)
1x Eagle Horn (3300)
1x Quarter Staff (900)
1x Butterfly Recipe (1800)
1x Messerschmidt's Reaver (3200)
1x Satanic Recipe (1100)

Final Item Afterwards

Nah, That is the basic build. Many pro has done it like that(except for blink dagger now). For
you to remember, if you are facing a hard time againts your opponent, do not doubt to replace
wraith bands with bracers. that's why at the first time we buy circlet. Bracers gives us more
health, which means more survivability, which also has the same meaning with DotA(Defence of
the Ancient, we ought to defend, not to kill, it is not Killing of the Ancient). You must be
wondering why do I suggest travel? Travel gives us,again, much more survivability, and also
much more movement speed and mobility for ganking. Luna is a ganker afterall, due to her
eclipse. I don't say Tread is bad. But I prefer travel to it. If you buy tread, you must save one of
ur bag with Scroll of town portal, and you have to buy it everytime you go back to base, which is
cost a lot too much money(Imagine if your enemies are really agressive, forcing you to go back
to fountain as many time as possible, you have to buy 135 gold, before you could even farm it).
With travel you have the mobilty for farming switching side of the map overtime, which mean a

less chance to be ganked, less chance to be killed, more chance to get the items . It is okay to
buy tread, only if Your enemies are really passive, they doesn't gank you too much. After
Travel/Tread , then go straight to BKB. You already got a immense damage booster from Lunar
Blessing, so you really needs now is, again, survivability. With BKB, you have 8 seconds spell
immunity. You could use it for initiating war, escaping, etc(Describe it later in Strategy Section).
Nah, If your enemy doesn't really like to push and doesn't want to war. Then it is the right time to
buy Helm of the dominator first before BKB. With HotD you can neutralling creep without hp
loss. you can also get a funny little companion which benefits you and your team(Describe it
later). Again after that, there is no other choice to buy butterfly, you must be lacking damage
now, and again, thanks to evasion, it gives you more survivability! After that finish with satanic,

more damage, more lifesteal, more Survivability(AGAIN ).

Other Items

Empty Bottle
It is really good when you’re soloing mid. You can control the rune with it. Spamming Lucent
Beam more often. With a nerfed of Bottle, I think you don’t have to get it if one of your
teammates who has more ganker ability has already get it. Luna is not really a ganker withour his
eclipse. What do you expect from her? She neither has a slow nor stun ability.

Hand of Midas
It is really good. If you could farm 1950 gold in about 11minutes, then buy it. It really helps you
get your luxury items. It buys itself back. And also gives you +30% attackspeed, may be about

same as tread .
Diffusal Blade
You could buy it before BKB/HotD, if your enemies consist of warlock. One purge removes
warlock's annoying infernal. Oh yeah, still buy BKB and HotD after that.

Vanguard
Many Pro in my town, buy this item. It is not really bad. This item provide you more health,
which means more survivability. This item also allow you to laning more efficient and making
you harder to kill. Buy it only if you facing a lot zapper like Lina and Lion as the same enemies
at the same time.

Radience
Yes, It's good, but really hard to farm. You have to buy it after Boots of Speed. Remember the
best team ever in the past, complexity? coL.warr1ck used to buy radience everytime he played
luna. Yeah, Luna will be focused by everyenemies, especially when you're casting eclipse. So
why don't you buy it since it damages enemy enemies.

Lothar's Edge
Good Items. The Invisibility and movement speed booster are making you harder to kill. Also the
extra damage is really good. It is also help you positioning your ultimate. But why I don't suggest
you to buy it? It is too exspensive to farm. And against good enemies, they will bring sentry
wards everywhere. They can stun-lock you to death. So I really advice you don't buy this item.

Aghanim's Scepter
Giving you more health and mana, which is more lucent beam spamming early game. It also

improves your ultimate become 12x Lucent Beams. Gives you a fancy looking Luna . Nah,
Again, in this guide, I teach you how to play early to Late game luna, not a caster luna. It
improves your ult, but the amount of lucent beam taken by each heroes is still maximum 4. So
why consider buying it? it also gives you same fancy looking like leshrac. How could Luna at the

same level as lesharc ?

Refresfer's Orb
Double Eclipse? Double Lucent Beams? Double Lucent is good , it gives you 1.2 sec of
stun(same as sven's strom bolt). But Double eclipse? I don't think it's good. By the time you cast
your first eclipse, the enemy will running away as fast as they could. So how you could cast your
second eclipse? and now, eclipse doesn't give another ministun. Your enemy will be free to
escape. How about if your friends have the ability to stun them(like Enigma or Magnus). try it,
the enemy creeps will come soon. War in Jungle? Do Not Ever expect Enigma can catch all the
enemies in jungle. It is hard to do due to fog of wars.

Buriza Do Kyanon
Good, more DPS items, buy it if the game still goes on.

Orchid of Malevorce
I think it is in a state betwen good and bad. Luna already have a mana pool to spam lucent
earlygame. Lucent is not a farming skill, unlike other skill, like scream of pain, that can easily
clear creep wave. The damage and iaspd are good, but it will be such a waste when it comes to
mana regeneration. So don't get this item.

Assault Cuirass
The extra armor and -armor for enemies are good. but it doesn't give you any damage. Luna has
a decent armor to begin with, so do not expect anything from this item.
Hood of Defiance
You already aimed for BKB, which gives you spell immunity, so there is no need of this item
anymore.

Armlet of Mordiggian
Yeah, it's cheap and gives you many health and damage as well. But it more fits to hero that
could deal massive damage early game, such as King Leoric, Sven, or Slardar(with his ultimate).
Getting this item makes you get killed often, trust me.

Mask of Madness
An alternate option of Satanic. It gives you ridicuolus attack speed. But you take a heavier
amount of damage as well. It's like a double edge sword. Some pros like using it instead of
HotD. Buy this item only if you could kill a lot early game, I mean you overlevel and overfarm
your opponets.

Battle Fury
No need to argue this. Cleaving attack DOES NOT work on ranged heroes.

6. Strategy and Gameplay walkthrough

Now , may be this is the MOST important section of this guide. I want to tell you HOW to use
Luna properly. Hopefully after you read all this section, you can dominate your opponent and
win the game.
Playing Luna is all about his ultimate. Eclipse is one of the instant kill early game. A good
eclipse user will probably dominate his game.

MASTERING ECLIPSE
Well, now in the latest version, Eclipse damage based on Lucent Beam damage, which means
you have to max this skill asap. Each hero can only be hit no more than 4times by eclipse burst
damage. So it means 4x300=1200dmg. Eclipse/Lucent Beam is categorized as Magic damage, so
if the heroes doesn't get any magic reduction item, the magic reduction of each heroes is 25%. So
that 1200 damage will be cut off by 25%, It will be 1200-(1200*25%)=900 damage. Plus you
could add one more Lucent beam which is deal 225dmg(after magic reduction), nah the total is
1125. Check enemy's hit point, before you eclipse him. If the enemy has a lot hp, then ask your
friend to aid you with his skill, so the enemy like centaur can be killed by you. You can also
Lucent beam him twice after and before you eclipse him. Nah, Mastering Eclipse, means you
have to mastering the creep wave. I read this on premium guide to Yunero by fat404. Most
people doesn't know this. First thing that you need to know about waves is that each new waves
respawn in a 30 seconds interval. Well to be a wave master, you don't have to count 30 seconds
just to be able to know when the creeps will arrive, there's a much more simplier way to master it
- look at your minimap.

The minimap tells you a everything, like the player's location, who, where and when. Besides
that, it also tells you when the enemy's creeps will come. If you look at the images above, fat404
has circled your own waves and your enemy's waves. The key here is too look at your own wave
and guess where the enemy's wave is. See? Now you could examine when is the time to cast
eclipse properly. If you having a hard time, your enemy is playing safely, then just add ward so
you can know their position.
Nah, Let's get to Eclipse mechanism.
1. Eclipse is a magic skill so it gives magic damage(mentioned before). Magic damage
reduced by magic reduction items, not armor.
2. Eclipse will be last about 3 seconds at level 1. 4 seconds at level 2. And 5 seconds at level
3.
3. Eclipse will hit any random enemies in 500 range around Luna(in Circle I meant).
4. Eclipse only hit non-avatared and visible enemy unit.
5. Luna will get you about 1sec animation time when you eclipse really is casted.
6. Eclipse won’t hit same unit for more than 4 times.
7. Eclipse is a semi-chanelling spell, it will stop when you died.
8. The interval of Lucent Beam of eclipse is now 0.6second.
Here are some good screenshot for a good eclipse. Sometimes ward is necessary.
Nah, that's all I can tell you about eclipse, the best way to master it is by experience it yourself.
Do not hesitate to use eclipse, and also do not rushly use it. That's the key for eclipse.

Lucent Beam
Luna’s only nuke. It has 300 damage. It also has 0.6sec stun. So remember it mind, it could
cancel any chanelling spell, like TP, Freezing field, etc. Now in new map recently, Its casting
range has been improved a lot. It is about 700range now. It very useful for finishing off runing
enemy. It also has a low cd-period. It’s only 6 seconds with a low mana cost as well. If you’re
laning with INT heroes, try to cast Lucent on them. They will be probably run away. Cause if
they stay there longer, you could Lucent them again and chase them down. If they run away,
follow if you can and cast eclipse. It would be good if one of your teammates back stab them
when they’re pulling back. DotA is all about mind game anyway.
JUNGLING WITH LUNA
As you read in skill build section, Luna is used to be jungling hero. The changes of Luna lately
doesn't remove his ability to jungling. Okay, Let's start of with an introduction of jungling.
Jungling is different from neutral creeping. Jungling is done from level1, while neutral creeping
is done when you get your item like lifestealing, etc. For some example, Void is a good neutral
creeping when he get his madness. But he can't jungling from level1. While centaur can do it
with ease from level1, thanks to Return.

Let’s get into several information you want to know about jungling.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT JUNGLING
• Creeps spawn at 1:00min intervals.
• They will not spawn if there are existing creeps on the camp, sentry/observer wards
(common strategy to counter junglers) and corpses.
• Corpses takes approximately 15 secs to decay. 2 secs for the flesh to go to the ground, 12
secs for the bones to decay. If you have your finishing blow on the creep by the 45th sec,
a new spawn will appear at the next full minute. Make sure you leave the area though.
• You have to be approximately 500-1000 (in most cases) range away from a creep camp
for them to respawn. This includes your own/allied/enemy creeps controlled. If you have
a hawk which has vision on the spawn point but is than the range, the creeps will still
respawn. However, if you have no vision on the camp but you are less than the range, the
creeps will not appear.
• A more correct explanation to re-spawns condition is that each camp has an area bounded
by a rectangle. If there exist a unit within the area, it will thus not respawn. The fact that
it is not a circular area means that the range required to pull it is not always 1000 but
varies since the width/length of the rectangle varies.
• All neutral creeps are set to "Guard mode" and have an Aggro of 300 (a more specific
term is Acquisition Range). If you fall within that range, they will chase to hit you.
• Their "Guard" range is 600, ie to mean if they will continue hitting you till they die. If
you go beyond 600 range, they will still continue to chase/hit you for 3 secs before they
make a 180 turn and head back to their original spot to "Guard"
• Given the 3 sec buffer time to lure the creeps out of the camp, it is possible to lure them
out within a 500-1000 range and if done right, a new fresh creep spawn will appear in the
abandoned camp. Once the original creeps return, you will have 2 sets of neutral spawns
at the same spot. You can have 3 sets or more at the same spot too (but just for laugh
only).
• Your lane creeps (Ghoul/Necro or Treant/Talons) have an Aggro of 500 for melee and
800 for ranged. Therefore if there is any neutral creeps hitting/chasing you within that
distance, your creeps will ignore their original pathing and help you out.
• Higher level creeps eg Centaur, Furbolgs, Dragons, Roshan etc are often considered
'smarter' creeps. They have higher target priority over enemies with low health. If you are
low on health, be careful not to engage them. You might find them changing targets from
and hit you instead.
In order to do jungling well, you could start with creep pulling technique. Or you can start with
the easiest creep camp. You can die if you like. Dead gives you a fast-trip back to fountain, but
don’t forget to spend all the money before you die. You must avoid to do creep stacking, cause
Luna doesn’t have an area-skill. Maybe it’s hard to you to understand, so I give you a short-

replay how I jungling. Just see and learn.

Gameplay Overview

Early-game
Early game consist of level 1 till about 8. It’s doesn’t matter what lane will you choose. It could
be solo mid or long lane(scourge top or sentinel bot), jungle, or dual lane(usually with dazzle).
The gameplay is much alike. The main thing is get away from death and take a chance of killing
whenever you can. Whenever you got your eclipse ready, try to kill your enemy in your lane, or
gank the other lane(of course ask for friend’s help). When your eclipse is in cooldown state.
Please remain calm, and lasthit/farming as good as you can. This will determine the outcome of
your mid-game. Please do not really depend on your eclipse for killing enemy. Lucent Beam has
a extremely short cooldown(6sec). You could kill enemy that doesn’t have escape
mechanism(ex:Lina) whenever they got too far away from their tower. This is hard to be done in
the mid-lane. But in long lane, this is quite possible. Also try to defend you outer tower, cause if
you lost tower now, it really makes you harder to farm. You will be ganked too much.
Mid-game
Mid-game is the most important thing when playing Luna. It depends on your early-gameplay
and determines your late-game. The main thing I want to remark here is to FARM as much as
you can and the second thing is to get as many tower as your team can. If your early game is
good, you killed many enemies, you’re problaly getting Boots of Travel in no time here. So now
, you could farm to everylane that looks like comfortable for you. No enemies in lane, and less-
chance to gank. Usually I teleporting every 2.5minutes for switching side of the map. Be Aware,
when you are not ganked too long, your enemy are probably searching for you. After you just
teleport to the lane, try to confuse your enemy. Clear one creep wave. After that, DO NOT go
into the neutral creep nearby, they will usually be there preparing for killing you. The best way is
to hide in the forest that on the side of the map/juking area. They will think you’re not there
anymore. Some pro may be looking for you. If this happen, asking for help to your friend. Ask
them to immediately tele to the nearby-spot, so you all can counter them. And may be win the
battle. I don’t say you have to be non-stop freaking farming idiot. When there is a chance to kill,
then take it. When your tower is being pushed, come there to help your friend. I usually got lazy
in mid-game. I gank enemy too much, but in fact, I lost my valuable-time for farming. When you
do the right farming, you will be definitely owning in late-game.
Late-game
Late-game determines by ITEMS and Teamwork. They who has more good item following with
the support of their teammates will win the games. If you do farming the best you must have
helm of the dominator and BKB by now. And soon you will complete it with the Butterfly. The
team whos carry do their farming better will have much chance of winning the game. There is no
other word better than this to describe it. When you don’t have any outer tower left, try to save
your money around 2000. So when you all dies, you all can buy back and defend your tower. It
will delay your item, but however the main tower and barrack are both also the important thing.
When you lost the, their creep will become big and has more hit point, making you harder push
that lane. I’ve ever had a game when I lose because we lose on the war, and they straightly
destroy all of our tower.

Suggested Line-ups

Luna->jungle
Vengeful Spirit+Lina-> top
Puck->solo bot
Zeus->solo mid
Description:

Zeus soloing mid, there is no need to explain anymore. It will rape anyone in mid. Nah, Vengeful
spirit will buy vladimir’s offering, so Luna’s Lunar Blessing, Vengeful Spirit’s Command Aura,
and Vladimir’s aura will stack together and gives Luna incredibly attack booster(TOTAL=69%).
VS laning with Lina will surely rape anything in their lane. Puck could be mobile ganker, and his
ultimate giving Luna some time to kill their enemy.

Luna->solo mid
Ogre Magi+Lina
Raigor+Lich
Description:

Luna solo mid is really good I think. But if you’re facing enemy like lich or viper, you’d be
better changing off lane. Ogre Magi is taken for his Bloodrage. It makes Luna more unstoppable.
Raigor’s echoslam could clean creep fast, so your eclipse and chain frost will directly hit all of
the enemies, without wasting any single shot.

Luna+Tiny->Bot
Sniper->solo mid
Raigor+KotL
Description:
This Line-up was done by complexity. If they didn’t take raigor, they replaced it with Zeus. Tiny
will pull creeps in the long lane, giving Luna a space to farm and make it safer cause now the
creep engaging in our tower. Sniper solo mid nothing more to discuss, He has a good lane-
control ability with his huge range. Raigor/Zeus will be owning his opponent. KotL will give
him a mana supply. When engaging team battle. Try to assasinate every opponents. Don’t worry
with the mana, You have KotL besides you. [/indent]
7. Best Allies and Worst Enemies

BEST ALLIES

Raigor and Akasa

He has the spell to you for cleaning off creeps, so you could cast eclipse with no more worries.

Ogre Magi
His Blood rage gives you a ridiciolus movement speed and especially attack speed. You may also
skip butterfly to Buriza do Kyanon, since the attackspeed comes from blood rage.

Tiny
He has two incredible nukes. You can finish off enemy only with Lucent. But now with the nerfs
of blink, I don’t see tiny any more. But he is still viable.

WORST ENEMIES

Juggernaut
His Blade fury can even kill you in level one. At level 6 he can fury you and finish you off with
omnislash. Your eclipse won’t affect him cause he has a magic immunity while he’s blade
furying. If you go farming in neutral. He can easily looking for you, and finish you with
omnislash when he found you. Be aware for this enemy, and after the nerfed of blink, you have
no way to escape when you got caught.
Any heroes with invisible ability
They can easily be invisible to wasting your eclipse. So try to save your eclipse. Don’t deal with
this hero except you got sentry and have allies stun him for you.

Any heroes with Blink ability

Same as before. QoP could blink easily escaping from eclipse. So try to cast eclipse after they
just blinked. So there will be a 5-6seconds period before they can blink again. That gives you
enough time to cast eclipse and kill them.

8. Frequently Asked Question(F.A.Q.)

Q : With the Nerfs of blink, why still gets it?

A : yes, it was nerfed in 6.52 but now It is BUFFED again in 6.56. It only has 18sec cooldown
which is extremely low cooldown. Nah, not only that, what disabling your attack is only your
opponent attack. Creeps are not included anymore. But if you think you don't want dagger, just
skip it. To use dagger properly it is need some application like DotAKeys, so you can use your
dagger with ease

Q : You say you can buy diffusal when playing Luna, How does it work? It is stacked with
Lifesteal?
A : No, It doesn’t even stack with lifesteal. When you got diffusal, the feed back doesn’t even
works. So how if you upgrade it to Manta Style? The real Luna will do the lifestealing, while the
other two images will only do fake lifestealing, understand? Just buy it only your enemies consist
of Warlock or Broodmother.

Q : Does Lifesteal work on building? Does it go through the avatared unit?

A : You won’t be lifestealing when hitting building.
