Literature review The world is facing a worsening youth employment crisis: young people are three times more

likely to be unemployed than adults and over 75 million youth worldwide are looking for work. The ILO has warned of a scarred generation of young workers facing a dangerous mix of high unemployment, increased inactivity and precarious work in developed countries, as well as persistently high working poverty in the developing world. About 56 percent of the sample participants, who has completed their degrees three Years back, were unemployed until 2006.() The reason why fresh graduate unemployment is that the mismatch of qualifications with employers need, lack of student exposure to real job market, lack of proper career guidance and information, lack of soft skills, Industrial training/internship course, Students attitude, Lecturer and curriculum.(Employment issues among Malaysian Information and Communication Technology (ICT) graduates : A case study 2012 ) On the other hand ,graduates with better college GPA were more likely to be employed (in particular by high-pay foreign rms) other things being equal (What determines employment opportunity for college graduates in China after higher education reform? 2010). In addition , gender also affects the unemployment . The males and females had different views about the skills. One point worth nothing is, after identifying the five components of skills that they differ in, the Males rated their own abilities higher for all five components of skills.(Britain by Feasted et al. (2002).)

The presence of a large number of unemployed populations has a terrible impact on fresh graduated student attitudes, economic growth in the future, and economic crisis. On the positive side, the presence of a large number of unemployed people in the employment of personnel will be loss strong confident, optimism, motivation when they prepare for interviewee next time. Optimism has been found to be an important personal resource for coping with stressful situations. Yet, little has been done on the

role of optimism in coping with unemployment (Psychological Consequences of Unemployment among Hong Kong University Graduates: The Impact of Optimism, Coping and Motivations2008), on the one hand, the negative impact of the presence of a large number of unemployed people in the economic growth totally. First, from domestic factors, the presence of a large number of unemployed people in making a model of economic growth is difficult to complete the shift from investment-driven to consumer-led growth. In the rapid economic system transition process of transformation of social structure, of course brought a lot of the major social problems for example, unemployment in fresh graduate student. It caused great concern of the community currently and future problem which we must facing and solve. The most important problem is how to solve this during we study in the university. Remember the way to find a new job without experience. ++== (coco ) personal skills are specific about the conditions to attractive employer to bring up you in their company. Compare difference of every employee, the high quaintly employee will be satisfied with their boss because of excellent skills. From employers point of view, graduates nowadays are not well trained to be ready to work during their time at university and the employers are looking for graduates with good soft skills(Unemployment among Graduates: Study of Employers Perception on Graduates2011), Analysis of unemployment problems generated from adaptation condition, Let us talk about university time. When fresh graduate student want to find a job, they should be equipped completely by join in activities in university. It will be struggled improve their ability such as team work, communication, responsibility, motivation and so one. Being involved in extra-curricular activity creates an advantage in terms of occupational status. With Graduates without extra-curricular
