    February 14, 1989 Memorandum Circular No. 003-a s. 1989 TO: SUBJECT: ALL DRUG MANUFACTURERS, TRADERS AND DISTRIBUTORS CONCERNED DRUGS VALIDLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVE IN THE MARKET

    The BFAD will be undertaking an activity to assess the number of actual drug products in the market. To pursue that activity, there is a need to look into all the validly registered drug products and drug products actually active in the market. In view thereof, all drug manufacturers, traders and distributors are hereby directed to submit a list of their products with valid registration using the forms hereto attached and marked as Annex A, B and C not later than March 15, 1989. all submissions shall be addressed to the Office of the Director, BFAD For compliance.
