MEMORANDUM OF ENTRY
On the 9th July 2012 Shri Ajay Kumar Agrawal s/o Shri Nandlal Agrawal Director of PVT.LTD. _______________ Board / President/ Chairman/Secretary of ___________________ Co-op. Housing Society Ltd. /Partner of M/s ______________________________________ residing at Main Road, Baradwar having its Registered Office at ________________ called at the Baraduar Branch Central Bank of India (hereinafter reffered to as "the Bank" at 1:00 P.M. and delivered and deposited with Shri SANJAY MAHAJAN (BM) of the Bank acting on behalf of the Bank the documents of title deeds , evidences and writing by way of Equitable Mortgage by deposit of "Title Deeds listed in the First Schedule hereunder written relating to the Company's Board/ Society's/ his their immovable properties consisting of land / building / structures , erections / flat / industrial gala now erected constituted and installed thereon , both present and future , (hereinafter referred to as "the said proerties) comprising of land situated at Khasra No.790/3 and 790/2 renumbered 730/10 Rakba 0.38 Acre within the village limits of Baradwar and Registration Sub-District Sakti and Registration District Janjgir-Champa State of C.G. and more particularly described in the Second Schedule hereunder written and containing by measurement 16568 sq. sq.ft. of or there about together with building fixed structures thereon constructed / and structures erected / installed or to be constructed / erected / installed thereon Flat No. ________ Industrial Gala No. ______ situated in the ___________________ Co-op. Housing Society Ltd. _____________________ Industrial Estate situated at _______________________ admeasuring __________________ METER / SQ.FT. or therabout and stated in the Second Schedule hereunder written as security for the due repayment and discharge for the Bank cash/credit limit arrangement to the extent Rs. 15,00,000/- Rupees Fifteen lacs only) (hereinafter referred to as the said arrangement) granted by the Bank to M/s. _____________________________________ Pvt.Ltd. /LTD ________________ BOARD / ___________________ Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. / Shri M/s Ganpati Automobiles, Prop. Mr. Rahul Agrawal S/o Ajay Agrawal (hereinafter referred "the Borrower") together with interest , compound additional interest in case of default, commission, comitment charges , costs, charges expenses paid or incurred by the Bank for protection, preservation, placement and realisation of such security and / or recovery of its dues and also for the due performance discharge of the obligation of the borrower to the Bank under the said arrangement referred to above at the security so created shall be continuing security and otherwise of sanction issued by the Bank from to time and respective security documents entered into by Borrower with the Bank. The title deed so deposited, as aforesaid, were the only documents of title, relating to the said immovable properties in his possession , power and control and that he / they had a clear and marketable title to the said immovable properties. Shri Sanjay Mahjan (BM) of the Bank, acting on behalf of the Bank agreed to hold the title deeds as deposited by Shri Ajay Kumar Agrawal s/o Shri Nandlal Agrawal as security for the aforsaid arrangement granted to the Borrower to the extent of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen lacs only) when Shri Samad Sudha Sindhu (Ass.
