INAMSC GUIDELINE Research Paper and Poster Competition

There will be two competitions on INAMSC 2013: (1) research paper and poster competition; (2) literature review competition. Participants of INAMSC 2013 are undergraduate biomedical, dentistry, pharmacy, public health and medical students all over the world. The theme of INAMSC 2013 is Cancer: Pursuing the Cure of the Century. Research Paper and Poster Competition The participants may enter as individual or team. There is no limitation in the number of the member in a team. Each team should have their first author. Each individual and first author can only submit one abstract for research paper and poster competition. The research can be basic or clinical research. The theme is CANCER. The participants should submit the abstract for the preliminary round. The abstract should be written in English and contain 350-500 words. The abstract consists of introduction, method, result, discussion and conclusion. If the word count exceeds 500 words, we apology not to check your abstract. The deadline for abstract submission is February 28th 2013. Abstract submission for research paper and poster competition is absolutely 100% FREE. Fifty (50) abstracts will be selected for the semifinal and final round that will be held in University of Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia at May 1st-4th 2013. The announcement will be given through participants personal email. Because of the limitation in accommodation facility, for participants joining the competition in a team, we will only give invitation for 3 persons. If your team consists of more than 3 persons and the other members want to join our event, they can be passive participants. Passive participant can join the event, but they wont get the same hotel as active participant does. They will be placed in the hotel near the venue. We will also provide the transportation from the hotel to the venue. For accommodation and events joined, passive participant should pay $110. The invited participants should register themselves at www.inamsc.org. The registration fee is International participant: 110 USD Indonesian participant: 750.000 IDR For the semifinal and final round, the first author will be the presenting author. On the semifinal round, the first author will present the work by poster. From semifinal round, 6 winners will be chosen to present the work in final round. On final round, the first author will present the work orally (with the aid of power point presentation).
