Dear Puan Ramlah, LETTER OF APPOINTMENT The Management of Zam Zam Trading Sdn. Bhd. is happy to appoint you under the following terms and conditions: 1. POSITION Accounts Clerk 2. DATE OF COMMENCEMENT 6th January 2009 3. PROBATION PERIOD Six (6) months from the date of commencement of work. During the probation period, either party will have the right to terminate this contract of service subject to the terms and conditions spelt under Clause 8 (Termination) of this letter.

4. REMUNERATION a. SALARY xxxxxxxxxxxxxx for each completed month of service. With respect to an incomplete month of service, an apportioned part of one such month salary to you shall be paid. b. KWSP & PERKESO You shall contribute to KWSP & PERKESO as per statutory rates and the company shall make similar contributions. 5. WORKING HOURS Monday to Friday Saturday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Lunch break at 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm) 9.00 am to 3.00 pm

You may however be required to work beyond these hours if work necessitates it. 6. ANNUAL LEAVE Length of Services Less than One (1) year One (1) to two (2) years Two (2) to five (5) years Five (5) years and above

Such leave must be taken at times convenient to the Company and subject to approval from the Management. No leave may be carried forward to the following year without written permission from the Management. 7. MEDICAL BENEFIT Staff may seek treatment at any private clinics at their convenience. The Company will reimburse a maximum of xxxxxxxxxxx per visit and limited to three visits per month. Any subsequent treatment to be borne by the staff.

8. TERMINATION During the probationary period this Agreement may be determined by either party giving the other, 24 hours notice in writing to the effect or salary in lieu thereof. a. Upon confirmation, this Agreement may be determined by either party giving the other one (1) month notice in writing to the effect or by the payment or voluntary forfeiture as the case may be one (1) month salary in lieu thereof. b. This Agreement may be determined with immediate effect by either party for breach of the terms and conditions herein contained on the part of the other party. c. The Company shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if the Employee is found to have acted in a manner detrimental or commit any serious/grave misconduct or willful neglect in discharge of his/her duties hereunder. d. The Company may determine this Agreement forthwith, with immediate effect in the event that the Employee is incapacitated by reason of illness, injury or accident from discharging in full his/her duties hereunder for a total of thirty (30) days in any twelve (12) consecutive months. 9. COMPANY PROPERTY Any property belonging to the Company that may be given to you in the course of your employment shall be returned upon request and/or upon expiration and/or termination of your term of employment. MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP Employees shall upkeep and maintain all asset and property of the Company in good working condition at all times and employees shall be liable for paying compensation and damages to the Company if found guilty of abuse and negligence in usage and upkeep of its assets and properties. 10. MATTERS OF CONFIDENCE The Employee shall not, during the continuance of this Agreement, divulge to any person, save in the course of performing his/her duties, any information as to practice, business dealings or affairs of the Company or of its customer(s) or client(s) which the Employee is liable to immediate dismissal.

11. CONFLICT OF INTEREST During your service, you shall not directly or indirectly engage or be concerned or interested in any business or any company carrying business of a similar kind to the business of the company unless prior approval has been obtained from the Managing Director of the company. 12. JOB TRANSFERS WITHIN GROUP OF COMPANIES / RELATED COMPANIES Management has the prerogative to transfer you to other companies within the group or a related company to perform duties to be assigned on transfer. 13. OTHERS a. The Company reserves the right to amend, add or delete the terms stated in this letter of offer. b. You hereby confirm that you have not been charged or committed under any panel legislation for any offence whatsoever.
