2. The rotor shaft is bored and welded with the Banbury rotor, forming the integrated construction. Water or steam can be led through the cavity to cool or heat it. The rotor wings are built up by welding with sintered carbide on the top and two side surfaces to resist abrasion and corrosion. 3. The hydraulic sealing that is pressurized externally is used for the end faces of the rotor. The pressure is adjustable and the sealing effect is good. 4. Operation of the discharge door is driven by the double-rack tilting cylinder with the crank retaining mechanism so that installation is easy, the start pressure low, the mechanical efficiency high, and the operation safe and reliable. The discharge door is of the drillhole cooled type and the working surface is built up by welding with sintered carbide. 5. The advanced PLC control technology and the intelligent display terminal are used for the control system. Purpose: Usable for rubber or plastic plasticzing and mixing or rubber and plastic blending. Features: 1. Rubber or plastic stock can be plasticized or mixed in a closed and pressurized space with the temperature controlled so that the productivity is high and the quality is good and stable. 2. Optimization of the parameters such as the helical angle of rotor wings and the wing overlap length brings about even distribution of the stock. 3. All the parts in contact with stock are ground, plated with hard chrome and polished. 4. All the parts in contact with stock are of the jacket design where water/steam/medium oil is lead through to provide cooling or heating and can meet different requirements for the rubber or plastic mixing process. 5. Stock is fed through the rear door of the framework (or another port) and discharged by the mixing chamber tilting forward by 140. Such a design makes it possible to arrange the upstream and the downstream process steps in a line and facilitates stock color changing and the mixing chamber cleaning.

As the dispersion-mixer-based process "replaces the devulcanizer with the dispersion mixer" without consumption of the resources such as water,coal and heat conducting oil,there is no secondary pollution of waste liquid and waste gas, eliminating the need of waste liquid and waste gas treatment facilities. Double conical-screw extruder sheeters

Size XJPS-75350 /XJPS-160400 Purpose: Designed to forcibly extrude and sheet compounded rubber, plastic, synthetic resin or nonmetallic material in continuous production, it has high efficiency and is ideal for working with mixers or dispersion mixers. Features: 1. This machine is comprised of the two main parts, i. e. the double conical-screw extruder and the two-roll sheeter. The design is compact and rational, and makes the maintenance convenient. 2. The stepless speed regulation with the AC frequency control technology or the DC speed regulation technology is used for the feeder and the sheeter so that it can meet the technological requirement of the rubber or resin sheeting line. 3. It has the welded feeding barrel of jacket type and the bored sheeting roll where cooling water or hot oil/hot water/steam can be lead through to control the temperature and meet the technological requirements for different kinds of stock. 4. Millstones type continuous mixing extruding group

Application: The machine is applied to rubber, plastics and pottery, magnetic material, paint and other industries and it can mix and granulate a variety of high filled composite materials continuously or can do profile material extrusion, especially for continuous mixing and granulating of Nd-Fe-B, ferrite and other high wearing, high-filled rigid materials, PPS or nylon; it can complete the process that the general mixing equipment is difficult to complete such as: soft and hard PVC mixed materials; electronic replication, toning coating for fax; pottery, plastics and various organic mixture; conductive plastic or rubber; hot-melt coating; engineering plastic of high viscosity; battery electrode and powder dope and other mixing processes. temperature from feeding barrel and fixed disk/machine head can be adjusted, screw-driven spindle and the fixed disk is the hollow structure which can allow temperature adjusting by liquid passing, so the different kinds of materials and process conditions will have strong adaptability. 4. The feed screw is applied with deep screw groove structure of large diameter, it is a high strength and suitable for high power torque extrusion with high productivity. 5.The screw, millstones (moving / fixed disk), barrel bush, head and other major components of this machine are used with wear resistant alloy material of high temperature resistant, and corrosion resistant, adapted to mixing and extruding processing of high wear and tear pottery and magnetic materials. Structure composition: The machine group is made up of feeding device, power driving mechanism, mixing and extruding device, base, heating / cooling temperature control system, vacuum system, electric control system as well as down stream equipments. Basic structure and characteristics: 1. Mixing and extruding devices a The mixing and extruding device is the core of this machine which is made up of the barrel and its bush driving core shaft which is provided with the feeding section screw of extruding section millstones of mixing and plasticizing section and machine head. b The screw of feeding section is a single screw with large diameter and deep screw channel it is applicable to material handling / extruding of high-torque and big power of high-pressure with high productivity. c The six pairs of auxiliary millstones of the mixing plasticizing section and their moving disk is in series disposed on the core shaft and the fixing disk is fixed on the barrel. On the working surfaces of moving disk and fixing disk are uniform distributed with grooves of different shapes and sizes. The moving disk is driven by core shaft and is synchronous rotated with the screws of feeding section and extruding section. The filling materials are conveyed by the screw of the feeding section and through the clearance of the working surface of six pairs of fixing disk and moving disk to be forced crush grinding shearing scattering mixing and plasticizing with superior and good quality mixing. d The extruding screw is single screw with small screw distance and shallow groove its diameter is less than the diameter of the screw for the feeding section. The flange at the end of the barrel is connected with the flange of the machine head by gemel structure and it is removed and installed quickly and conveniently. e The materials of screw millstones barrel bush and machine head are made by alloy materials of high temperature and wear resistant that is applied to materials processing of rigid and high wear resistant. f The clearance of the millstones can be adjusted by adjusting nut it is adapted to the requirements of different kinds of material formulations and process conditions. g The configuration and the numbers of millstones surface configuration and lengthdiameter ratio of the screw for extruding section can be particular designed according to physical and technical requirements from the customers. 2. Feeding device It adopts automatic metering method to control weight according to the characteristics of

different materials formulations; feeding mode can be selected deadweight falling mode or forced feeding mode or to choose two ways for feeding different materials at the same time. 3. Heating / cooling temperature control system Along the length of outside round of the barrel are provided with six parts of cast copper electric heater to heat the barrel the conventional design for maximum temperature is 300 C (if any special requirements it can be designed for 400 C) customers can regulate the barrel temperature according to technology conditions; the barrel is provided with thermal resistance sensor the machine head is installed with high temperature melt pressure sensor all above have adopted digital LCD control instruments to regulate temperature and pressure in order to meet the processing requirements of materials with viscous flow and high temperature. The barrel and its connecting fixed millstones is a jacket hollow structure which can cool the barrel by forced circulating the guiding hot oil in order to balance temperature of the work region. 4. The exhaust and vacuum system The central part of the barrel in the extruding section is provided with a barrier or a discharge hole which is connected with the pipe of the vacuum system for exhaust. 5. Power driving system The power of the machine group is adopted with AC variable frequency motor if customer needs he can also choose DC speed control motor; the main driving is adopted with special decelerator for the screw extruder and itself is equipped with forced lubrication system. 6. Electrical control system The machine group takes programmable controller (PLC) as the main control unit of the whole machine and auxiliary with touch screen control and AC frequency conversion control for central controlling the various parts of the machine and coordinating continuous mixing process of the whole machine. At the same timeit uses button operation and signal indicator light to monitor the safety operation and fault condition of the group. 7. Down stream equipment The down stream equipment is special designed for the shape of the final products properties of materials used and their processing requirements. Purpose: It is used for the plastic modification and coloring and the palletizing of functional masterbatch, highly-filled resin or the rubber & plastic blend. Features: 1. The operations of mixing, feeding, extruding, air-cooled hot pelletizing and air-blowing cooling are integrated in one machine with continuous automated operation at high efficiency. 2. The technologies of electric heating, steam heating and hot-oil circulation heating with the temperature controlled for the mixing zone, the feeding zone and the extruding are available for selection of customers. 3. Vacuum daylight press

Purpose: It is usable for molding and curing operation of rubber products with complicated shape, high density and high accuracy, especially for butyl rubber products. Features: 1. The stock is heated and cured in the vacuum chamber through multiple stages of low-pressure and high-pressure exhausting and vacuuming so as to ensure the product quality. 2. The mold can be placed in and taken out freely. The upper segment of the mold can be turned over up to the angle of 70, which facilitates the stock loading and taking out and the mold cleaning, improves the efficiency and ensures the safety. 3. The heating and thermostat system is comprised of the electric heater, the thermocouple and the PID thermostat, and can automatically regulate the temperature to the curing process requirement with a high temperature control accuracy. 4. The hydraulic system is comprised of the high-low pressure oil pump and the stacked valve and has the functions of opening and closing the mold at a high/low speed, and the operation is stable with low noise. 5. The advanced PLC control technology is used for the electrical control system. It is interlocked with the hydraulic system, having a high reliability and automation level with less overhead time. This is the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It works with the double conical-screw extruder sheeter and is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separant applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking. Features: 1. The operations of separant applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking are performed in a single machine, forming continuous production at high efficiency. 2. Rubber slabs are soaked thus applied with the separant so that the coating is even without pollution to the environment. 3. A long time is set for air cooling of rubber slabs so that the cooling effect is good. 4. Slabs can be cut to length during operation and the length is adjustable. 5. Use of the PLC control and the frequency-control speed regulation makes it possible to control the whole process.

Rubber injection molding machine

Purpose: It is usable for injection molding and curing operations of rubber products with high density, high accuracy, complicated shape, thick wall and inlays. Features: 1. The control system provides three stages (multiple stages) of injection rates and pressures and two stages of pressure holding to meet different requirements of stock for the injection condition. The electronic position scale is provided to give precise control, improving the injection accuracy. 2. The mold closing and takeout system has the three-stage mold separating and takeout unit. The upper segment of the mold can be opened fully up to the angle of 70 so that the mid segment can be separated easily, which makes the operation convenient. 3. The self-contained oil heating system with the PID thermostat is used to control the temperature at the stock storage stage and the injection stage. The heated spots on the work table are distributed rationally and controlled with the PID thermostat. 4. The specialized computer control system is provided for the electrical control system. All operations can be displayed on the touch screen and all parameter setting is convenient and visual. The operations in the whole process are monitored with the functions of malfunctional self-diagnosis and alarm. It has the space for 100 sets of mold operation parameters and the preparation period before production is short. 5. The low-noise hydraulic circuit is used for the hydraulic system so that the machine makes less noise during operation. 6. The two-hand operated infrared safety protector is used to ensure the safety of the

operator. It has the protection function of locking the mold at low pressure to protect the mold from damage.

Usage: rubber refiner is mainly used for the refining of reclaimed rubber. the front and rear rotor are the main spare parts, through the power machine ,decelerator , under the ration certain speed , to extrude and cut sizing material from opposite direction rotating . the workpiece surface of roller is made of chilled cast iron, with features as rigid and wear resistant, the two ends of roller is supported by rolling bearing . the roller is hollow, inner bore processing , heating ,cooling on average . The distance between two rollers can be adjustable in given scope . the machine is configured with safety device , in case of overloading ,the safety disc is broken in order to protect the main spare parts from damaging owing to overloading . when, pull the emergency rope of brake device (or touch switch ) ,it will brake immediately for the purpose of safety and reliability. The temperature for roller surface can be accommodated by adjustment system of roller temperature. as required. Equipped with stop pad at both ends of roller working section avoids sizing material leaking. The material holding plate is installed under the roller.The complete machine adopts integrated base to facilitate installation, adjustment and stability for transmission.
