Following Up.

Follow up is most crucial whether if it is after speaking to the principal of a college or if its calling students you have spoken to ab out the course during field work. The process of following up is however different for each action. Following Up with the Principal of a College. - After visiting the College and Speaking with the Principal, it is a must to try and get his/her Contact Information. - This helps in sending across our Company Profile and also some other details via email. - If possible you could also try and get their telephone number so that you can set up the next meeting date with the principal for a second visit. Following Up with a Student for a Batch. Students will fill up Introductory Notes while understanding the Course details while being Pitched at. Their Contact records must be entered into our software as an inquiry to make the process easier. - Calling students and asking them about their Interest in Joining. (As per the telecalling speech) - Now comes the follow up for students who say that they will get back to us, or they have to ask parent or whatever. Eg. Hello is that ______, how are you? This is _____ from Ion Education. I spoke to you about the courses we offer at Ion and as I understood you were more inclined towards the _____ course beginning on ______. Did you speak to your parents about the cour se? Ok. When can I call you again to find out if your doing it? [Note: Tackle any sort of Negative arguments to try and get the m to join the course. But do not force too much. If they say they cannot do the course always ask if there is any particular reas on, and try to tackle the restrain with a solution]
