When we look deep within, through the layers of our ego, we can see that we are here to serve

a purpose which only seems to be forgotten when our thoughts create a barrier. By relaxing the mind and feeling the energy within the body, these limiting thoughts can be released. Within the body are seven energy centres that can be observed and experienced when we close our eyes and look within. It is in this space that we listen to our heart which reminds us of our true nature. The Inner School invites you to look within and see your purpose and innate perfection. It is a wholistic process of developing selfawareness in which children, parents, teachers and school administrators are guided through inquiry activities that encourage them to explore their inner selves and open up to the wisdom of the heart.
