OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY To process Internal Transfer Orders in a timely manner RELATIONSHIPS (internal & external relations) Internal : Direct Manager, Operation Team Leaders, Sales and Marketing Dept. and colleagues External : Nil KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Receive Internal Stock Transfer Forms from Sales/Marketing Dept. via email Processing of TFO in AX system and print Picking List Handover of Picking List to the Operations Team Leader Storage/Picking in a timely manner Prepare stock variation report for all transfers at the end of each working day Handling the Ax transaction for TT3 sampling (quality inspecting authority) Support the Admin Assistant Outbound SO in his/her absence To communicate with sales/marketing department for any related issues Any duties as assigned by the management
