Structural Design

Design Methodology

Electrica Design (DC) 1. Selection of Modules & Inverters. 2. Creation of DC side SLD. 3. Energy yield simulation using PVSyst. 4. Sizing of AC / DC side using proprietary juwi tool. 5. DC side loss can cable estimation using proprietary juwi tools.

Electrical Design (AC) 1. Design of LV and HV Systems. 2. Selection of Cables, Switchgear, Transformers & Protection Scheme for AC Side. 3. Design of Earthing layout and Lightning protection scheme for the plant. 4. Design of illumination scheme.

Civil Design 1. Design of module mounting foundations. 2. Design of roads, internal drains, perimeter fences and inverter and control rooms in a PV Plant. 3. Appropriate design tools CAD, STAAD are used at relevant stages.

Structural Design 1. Design of module mounting structures. 2. Design of structures of prefab rooms and switch yard components. 3. Appropriate design and drafting tools CAD, STAAD Pro as used at relevant stages.
