Reservations should be made directly with the Resort Accommodation fees are charged at rates applicable in respect of the period in which the occupation takes place and not rates that applied at the time of booking or payment of the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel bookings not confirmed within 14 days. The balance is payable one month prior to occupation. Cancellation fees A cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 3 (three) months prior to the occupation date. A cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 2 (two) months prior to the occupation date. 100% of the deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled less than 1 (one) month prior to the occupation date. Partial refunds may apply, in the sole discretion of the Resort management depending on the ability to re-let for the reserved period. Arrival and departure times: Check in time is from 14:00 (2.00 pm) onwards Check out time is at 10:00 (10.00 am) High Season: Easter Week-end and from 14 December 2012 6 January 2013 Mid Season: April school holidays; September/October school holidays; all long week-ends and instances where public holidays falling on a Tuesday or Thursday can lead to creating a long week-end.
