A) SURVEY The following work need to be conducted as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge RCC Building (CW Pump House

and Travel Water Screen) 1) Positional, Dimensional and elevation details to be furnished for existing RCC elements like beam, column, slab, wall etc. 2) Dimension and positional Details of Cut out/opening for pump opening, travel water screen opening, visible insert dimension, wall/ column bracket to be furnished 3) Excavation and measurement of length, width and height of existing underground foundation, pedestal etc. if required. 4) The scope also include any other additional work related to above said survey, not particularly mentioned but need to complete the job as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. Steel Structural Building (Mill Bunker) 1) Dimensional detail of structural element like beam, column, bracing, other structural element like bunker hopper, bunker girder, staircase etc. and floor plan at different floor elevation. The detail is required not only in the bay where the new bunker will come but also existing bunker and associated structure. Detail of all Rolled/ Built up section, Plate thickness with their dimensions to be furnished as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. 2) Beam column Joint detail, Bolt and other connection layout, Splicing detail for all joint at different elevation for structural building to be furnished. 3) Excavation and measurement of length, width and height of existing underground foundation, pedestal etc. 4) The scope also include any other additional work related to above said survey, not particularly mentioned but need to complete the job as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. B) NDT 1) The strength of existing concrete need to be checked by conducting Non Destructive Test (NDT) like smidt hammer test or by core cutting(sample) method or some other suitable method. The methodology for such test needs to be furnished for necessary information and record. 2) The present health condition of the structure(presence of micro crack, extent of crack, remaining life of the structure etc.) need to be check and furnish in report Agency:- Any reputed NIT or IIT C) Cutting of Beam, Insertion of Bolt/Reinforcement in existing RCC section, Insertion of insert plate, Insertion of structural/RCC beam

1) The scope include tracking of reinforcement and specify diameter and spacing of reinforcement and preparation of drawing for the same for any RCC member as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. 2) The scope include site visit, complete design and engineering and submission of methodology for cutting of existing RCC section like beam etc. ensuring the structural stability of existing frame/building 3) The scope include complete design and engineering and submission of methodology, document and drawing for insertion of bolt, reinforcement and insert plate where ever Required as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. 4) The scope include complete design and engineering and submission of methodology, document and drawing for rebuilt of new structural element like beam etc. (either structural/RCC) as per instruction of Engineering-In-Charge Agency:- HILTI is well known as one of the reputed agency for conducting this kind of activity
