Collecting, sequencing and editing Good editing depends most on two things: - a clear idea of the communication goals of the content - empathy for the reader First move: Put everything you have in the document Second move: Sequence the content using a common organization device, such as scale or time Third move: Consolidate materials to clarify as needed.
