Payment, Withdrawal & Refund Policy and Procedures A deposit of 50% of the total course fee, is payable on acceptance of the quotation. Fees will be in accordance with the Scrum Solutions Quotation, and are payable free of exchange into the bank account stipulated by Scrum Solutions. The outstanding balance is payable by you on or before 14 days prior to the first day of the course, unless Scrum Solutions, in its sole discretion, allows payment to be made on an alternative date. A registered booking may be cancelled without penalty of 25% only if 30 days notice has been given in writing. A registered booking may be cancelled without penalty of 50% only if 10 days notice has been given in writing. Interest at prime lending rates, compounded monthly, will be charged on any overdue accounts. No credit or refund of course fees will be given where a delegate has received the courseware pack or where unable to attend the full training schedule, except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Scrum Solutions. Scrum.Org reserves the right to withhold exams if the invoice is not settled in full. The fees payable are in respect of the course presentation only, and do not cover any additional services. Substitution of one delegate for another is permissible no later than two days from the start of the training. For this program to be cost effective, minimum of ten and maximum of 30 delegates must be booked on this program so Scrum Solutions reserves the right to reschedule a program which does not have enough delegates. All delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses. Course Materials Scrum Solutions will provide you with the relevant course training materials, Scrum Solutions reserves the right to make, without prior notification, changes to course structure and material, where this will result in a more effective learning experience. Intellectual Property and Copyright All training lecture/education aids of any kind, including course notes, slides, examination papers, handouts, class exercises and methods are hereafter referred to as course materials. All Course Material is the intellectual property of Scrum Solutions. Any Course Materials created, developed, designed or compiled by Scrum Solutions for the purpose of any of the Courses or part thereof, remain the exclusive property of Scrum Solutions. No part of the Course Materials including course material, exercised, slideshows, course outlines and curricula may be reproduced in any form or by any means or used to make derivative work (such as translation, transformation, or adaptation) without the permission of Scrum Solutions. A copy of the course material is provided to course delegates for their own personal and exclusive use during and after the course. It may not be used or re-used for any other purpose, whether commercial or otherwise, without the express written permission of Scrum Solutions.
