Chest: Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep the tape measure level around your back and comfortably loose. Waist: Measure around natural waist at the narrowest part of your torso. This is typically where your body bends side to side. Be sure to keep tape measure level. Hips: Stand with feet together. Measure around the hips at the fullest part, keeping the tape measure level. Inside Leg: Measure from the top of the leg where it meets your torso, to the bottom of your ankle.

Sizing is extremely important as great looking kit should also fit well. Thats why we recommend that you measure yourself as accurately as possible using the diagram opposite and then choose your size according to the charts below. Some of our Elite range use a speci c tight t which helps with tackle resistance and movement. These sizes are signi cantly di erent to the standard sizes so please make sure you check these sizes carefully - the shirts are meant to be tight!!!! Sublimation Sublimation is a method whereby colours, patterns and logos are applied via a heat process that allows a lot of detail and decoration to be added to the garment. Sublimation can also be used to print fluorescent colours. Screen Printing Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an inkblocking stencil. Perfect for large runs of the same logo. Embroidery Used to apply logos and decoration via the use of high quality thread to give your garment a premium finish. Perfect for your club logo. Thermo Thermo transfer is cut out from high quality stock material and is applied via heat presses. Perfect for names and numbers. Thermo is available in fluorescent colours.
