1. Pupils are given different passage of 3 types of cupcakes. 2. Pupils needs to scan the passage by their own before answering the task given. 3. While read the passage, pupils need to circle the verbs and underline the sequence connectors. 4. Then, pupils need to answer the multiple choice questions given. 5. Students need to infer the passage to answer the question given. 6. Teacher elicits pupils idea about their favourite cupcake and writes their answer on the whiteboard. 7. Teacher asks the pupils to write simple sentences about their favourite cupcake in their workbook.

Focused skill : Listening Tuesday Integrated skill : Writing 1. Pupils listen to a video of a conversation in the grocery of seller and the customer. 2. While listen to the conversation the pupils need to fill in the blanks given. 3. Then, teacher show the substitution table to teach the pupils to write a simple sentence. 4. Pupils have to match the subject verb agreement with the noun given in the table to construct simple sentences. 5. Pupils construct simple sentences by their own in their workbook. Focused skill : listening Integrated skill : speaking 1. Pupils listen to an audio play about How to make a cupcake played by the teacher. 2. Teacher gives a handout and pupils fill in the empty spaces while listening to the audio play.

3. Pupils talk about the main ideas based on what they have listened. 4. Pupils need to choose a cupcakes recipe that they liked. Pupils need to explain and describe why they choose the selected cupcake based on the picture in the hand out.

After pupils have prepared their brochure/poster to sell their cupcakes, each one of them must promote their cupcakes by using the poster/brochure.

Other students can give opinions about the promotion that had been done .

Focused skill : Speaking Integrated skill : Writing 1. Teacher set up props (stall for Canteen day) for pupils to do a role play. 2. Pupils need to do a role play on a situation in the Canteen day (between seller and seller, between seller and customer). 3. Five students will involve for the first 5 minutes and another five students will take over the role play on the 6th minute. 4. Pupils need to write a simple paragraph about their experience on what happened during their cupcakes sale in the Canteen day. 5. Teacher asks students experience during Canteen day. Teacher select students randomly to share their experience in front of the class.
