Analysis of bottlenecks and taking timely remedial action of potential delays. Preparation of Level IV and Level V Plan, Manpower Deployment. Equipment Deployment, Tool requirement, Monthly targets and Efficiency reports. Read, understand and implement the Company Safety Policy and the arrangement described in the Company and area Safety Management System documents in relation to the Planning function. Continual review and development of procedures and common support processes resulting in improved project effectiveness. Fabrication of Piping & Steel Structures. Monitoring and managing the all Joint wise reports & Inspection parameters NDT (RT, DPI, UT, PWHT) during fabrication Monitoring and managing the all maintenance and overhauling jobs executed according to scope of work include cleaning, inspection and maintenance of Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Cryogenic Heat Exchanger, Air Fin Coolers, Flare, Column, Vessels, Reactors, PSVs, MOVs, Control Valves, Pumps, Compressors, Sulphur pit, and along with piping modifications. Coordinating with Site Management for the specific activities and keeping the overall contractual and day-to-day commitments with client. Update progress in Level III, Level IV plan and S-Curve. Prepare man-hours analysis. Project cost control & Cost estimation of Additional jobs request. Coordination between Cost controller and I/C planning for budget control. Preparation of specific Method Statements, Rigging studies and Risk assessment. Preparation of final report. Working as a MAINTENANCE ENGINEER in AGORTECH Pvt. Ltd.  Responsible for INSTALLING and MAINTENANCE of the Compressors & Pumps Provide Preventive Maintenance & Scheduling for preventive and Breakdown Maintenance Centrifugal Pumps Replacement of mechanical seals, rotor, wearing rings, bearings, shaft alignments and complete overhaul Reciprocating Pumps Replacement of plungers, plunger packing, valves, inspection and maintenance of crank case and cross head Centrifugal compressors, Blowers I.D Fans Replacement of seals, bearings, removing rotors for inspection and dynamic balancing Reciprocating Compressors Inspection, maintenance and replacement of parts i.e. pistons, cylinder liners, rider rings, compression rings, piston rods, gas seals, cross heads, valves, unlades, crank case and checking/adjusting different clearances Controlled and manage the Workshop section Having a good working knowledge of customer service to meet the customer expectation, response to all complaints, knowledge of document control procedure.
