Sold +/- 24 Acres in Palm Bay to Giant Recreation World The team of Jeff Robison and Brandon McGuire represented the buyer in the transaction. Giant Recreation World recently purchased 24 acres of vacant land in the southwest quadrant of I- 95 and Palm Bay Road. Robison identified this parcel was a perfect fit for his client because of his knowledge of properties available in the area, including his own listing, the former Palm Bay Chevrolet that was under contract. Jeff Robison recently sold three properties in this quadrant and is actively working on a hospitality project in the southeast quadrant. Giant Recreation World will expand its reach with the addition of a prominent fourth location. Visible from Interstate 95, with a convenient location for customers to access the dealership, it is expected to open by fall and have 50 full time employees.
