Thangka Lamp Lighting

During new year time, we can light the thangka lamps for our elderly in order to repay their kindness especially our parents by
praying for their longevity and prosperity. Whereas for our younger generation, we can increase their wisdom, improve their
studies by lighting thangka lamps for them. This will ensure their carreers and studies will be fruitful, and at the same time
ensure their lives run smoothly. By lighting thangka lamps for oneself, it will increase ones connection with the Buddha, purify
ones negative karma, and ensure success in ones career, harmony in the family, and also inprove ones health and luck.
Lighting thangka lamps can bring peace of mind, longevity, prosperity and reborn with good looks, wish-fulfilling life till one

Lungta

Traditionally Tibetan prayer flags (Lungta) are hung outside as offering, prayers & blessings for the
wind to weave throughout the world. They invoke wisdom, compassion & strength. They protect against
danger and negative influences. They help to overcome obstacles, increase prosperity and long life &
promote peace and harmony for all sentient beings.
Lungta are sacred, they contain prayers and aspirations for all being, so please handle them mindfully.
They are printed with non-toxic dye & overtime the color will fade & eventually disappear entirely. If you wish
to dispose of them, please burn them.
Tibetans hang strands from tree to tree, mound to mound or alone with a vertical pole. They may be
hung across the gateways, along the pathways, above the door, for house to tree or anyway wind & prayer may
meet. Indoor on altars, above doorways or across windows, they can be colorful remainders of what is of true
importance in this precious human life.
