Grades can be given instead of marks at least for non coded courses.

Nathe Sir First we must think about the reasons of changing curriculum. We must answer the questions whether our syllabus is outdated or contents are not proper. Not to separate theory and practical Student centered curriculum Reasons for changing from 70:30 to 80:20 should be clear. Titles should be appropriate.
