We, the Philippine League of Secretaries, Inc. Cebu Chapter, would like to invite you to come to Cebu City, the ASEAN City of Culture. It is with great honor to host the first conference of the league for year 2013 which will be the 4th National Executive Officers and Board of Trustees Meetings under the leadership of our very active National President, Sec. Josel S. Faisan and Board Chairman, Sec. Cedric Dayta. This will be held on March 6-9, 2013 at Crown Regency Residences, V. Rama Avenue, Guadalupe, Cebu City. With our theme: Cultural Heritage and Tourism Tools towards Philippines Progress, we strongly believe that PLEASES can take part in the administrations vision and mission. Presentations and lectures about Cebus cultural and heritage tourism are lined-up in order to enhance our knowledge and empower us to become partners in nation building. In order to express the members enthusiasm of displaying its culture and heritage, we initiated on having a Search for Carnival Queen and King. You may start to collect your best costume for this contest which will be participated in per Region. (Criteria and guidelines will be sent thru email to all Provincial Chapter Presidents). In order to facilitate smooth and convenient registration and billeting, we encourage pre-registration of delegates. You can pre-register by depositing payments on or before February 28, 2013 to the Current Account No. 0022115308 of the Philippine League of Secretaries to the Sanggunian, Inc. with Land Bank of the Philippines Cabanatuan Branch.
