9-5. POP noise of prevention
For pop noise prevention, use the muting function at the same time.
At AMP ON
An apple function is in the IC
In to be MUTE ON, set to be STBY Pin High (AMP ON)
About 2sec later, set to be Mute off.
At AMP OFF
After Mute ON, please do STBY Pin Low (AMP OFF).

When you add capacitor between[OUT+ and - OUT-]or[OUT and GND]for set
Depending on the volume of the capacitor, Pop noise may grow.
In this case please add[0.1uF + 47] between OUT and GND. Pop noise reduce.

9-7. Self-diagnosis function (Pin 25)
By detecting the unusual state of the IC, the signal is output to the pin 25.
Also, by controlling the standby switch after the signal of the pin 25 is detected by the microcomputer, the
burnout of the speaker can be prevented.
1) Short circuit to VCC, to ground
2) Across the load
3) Over voltage
4) Offset (When the output offset voltage over 1.8V, Pin 25 voltage becomes low)
In addition, the pin 25 has become the NPN open collector output (active low). The Pin 25 must be left open
when this function is not used.
When it becomes a mode of 14 either mentioned above, Pin 25 become LOW. It becomes low when it
corresponds only in 1ch.Therefore Pin 25 cannot confirm which channel is in an abnormal Resistance of this
pin recommends 4.7k.

9-8. Protection circuit
There is a Protection circuit.
Out to Vcc, Out to GND, load shorting, over voltage, over thermal

Out to Vcc , Out to GND
IC stops when in these modes. When 1 output of a certain 8 output corresponds, while Short circuit to Vcc
or Short circuit to GND, IC behavior stops.

Across the load
While Across the load, IC repeats current ON/OFF. Therefore, output average current decreases.

Over thermal
Junction temperature of Absolute Maximum Ratings is 150.But in consideration of time when set made a
temperature rise by abnormal operation, there is a function of over thermal. When temperature of IC become
more than about 170, out level is attenuated and prevented temperature rise.
