Preliminary Earth has a great energy that comes from the bottom of the earth and that is on the surface of the earth, but while this is the most widely used energy comes from the earth, in the form of petroleum, natural gas, coal, which in fact everything that comes from fossil and fossil increasingly depleted with increasing oil production, gas production or coal-making. The use of fossil fuels causes an increase in temperature of the earth, because the gas emissions released as a result of combustion in the form of CO2, not even just that sometimes appear more dangerous CO gas. According to the 14 November 2012 edition Yahoo News stating the world would be "the end" in 2028, this is not without reason, but it is reasonable and scientific, "Resurrection" is not because of God's provision of the final day but a mathematical calculation that estimates and connecting it with the strength of natural objects to bear the burden of excess. Earth is the expert in Yahoo news, the Mc Kiben explained referring to climate Mathematics, works like this. World leaders recently reached an international agreement based on the scientific understanding that a global temperature rise of 2 degrees Celsius would be catastrophic for the future of mankind. To achieve an alarming global temperature, the Earth 565 Giga tons of carbon dioxide release into the atmosphere. Fossil fuel company currently has 2795 Giga tons of carbon dioxide in the fuel reserves and their business depends on the fuel being marketed and used. At current consumption levels, the world will pass the threshold of 565 Giga tons in 16 years. With the existence of such calculations, we must try to move, at least reduce the use of fossil energy and renewable energy to crawl or move to renewable energy is abundant in the earth's surface. One of the breakthrough ideas that might inspire us who live on the equator with solar lighting at least 10-12 hours per day, which is very hot from the current range at 10 to 14 hours of the afternoon, which you might not even consider. This is an alternative energy that can be harnessed to reduce the energy derived from fossil and or replace it, they are environmentally friendly and less polluting. Similarly, the wind in our area that has a very wide beach stretching from Aceh to Papua, where coastal areas have higher wind speeds than the areas far from the coast or the mountains, and it is also the energy potential that has not been developed, although the wind energy potential to reduce fossil energy use will obviously exhausted and harmful to the environment. In this study we will raise the intensity of the sun and wind to as alternative energy that can be developed in several places in Indonesia in the form of both the energy hybrid collaboration Utilizing solar panels to capture solar energy and wind turbine to capture wind energy to be harnessed for electrical energy together. 2. Literature Review a. Solar Power Plant (PLTS) Solar Power Generation / Sun (PLTS) is a power plant that converts sunlight into electrical energy through the photovoltaic process that produces energy with storage battery and then used electrical needs both DC and AC. PLTS excellence that does not require fuel, solar energy is abundant, implemented centralized and decentralized, environmentally friendly, long lifespan, easy to operate, easy to install which wrote, reducing long-term cost of electricity, matching the tropical region. Working Principle of Solar Panels for Solar Power Plant (PLTS) generate electricity by converting solar energy into electricity. Silicon cells (in solar cells or solar cells) on the solar panels (solar panels) exposed to the sun / solar, making moves toward the electron and photon produces electric current and voltage (http://panelselsurya.blogspot.com/2009/11 / how-workpower-power-tenaga.html 00:33 11/23/2012) Electric energy generation in solar cells occurs by the photoelectric effect, also called the photovoltaic effect, the effect caused by photons with wavelengths certain if its energy is greater than the threshold energy of semiconductors, it will be absorbed by the electrons that move electrons from the valence band (N ) to the conduction band (P) and left holes in the valence band, then the two charges, the electron-hole pair, raised. Electron-hole flow that occurs when the load is connected to electricity through the conductor will generate an electrical current. (Http :/ / www. Litbang.esdm.go .id / index.php? Option = com. Working Principle of Solar Cells Figure 2 shows the scheme of a solar power plant that is used for small-scale household level. The resulting DC voltage solar cells is converted into a voltage AC using an inverter. Inverter is installed in parallel with the grid voltage (e.g. PLN). Most of the electrical energy produced solar cells will be consumed alone. If excess electricity generated can be sold to the grid. The power plant of this kind do not require batteries as energy storage. (Http://konversi.wordpress.com/2008/11/03/pembangkit-listrik-renewable energy / 01:47 23/11/2012)

Figure 2. Solar power generation b. Wind Power Plant (coal-fired plant) Wind power / wind (PLTB) in English known as WIND POWER. Wind Power is converting wind energy into electrical energy using wind turbines or windmills. (Http://yefrichan.wordpress.com/2010/05/12 / power-power-power-anginbayu-fired plant / 01:32, 23/11/2012) Figure 3. Working Principle of wind power plants Figure 3, shows PLTB scheme suitable for power less than 100 kW. Wind turbines rotate alternating voltage generator. Because wind speed varies the voltage generated AC generator has a frequency of changing. Frequency AC voltage change should be converted to a fixed DC voltage using a rectifier. The DC voltage is then converted into AC voltage with a frequency of 50 Hz using the inverter. The output inverter is installed in parallel with the existing power grid. By using this concept, all the electrical energy generated by coal-fired plant could be sent to the network for use. Such generators do not require batteries are expensive and need regular maintenance. http://konversi.wordpress.com/2008/11/03/pembangkit-listrik-energi-terbarukan/ 23.11.2012 01:45)

Figure 4. Hybrid Power Systems http://miftahelectric.blogspot.com/2009/11/pembangkit-listrik-tenaga-air-plta.html 23.11.2012 01:49) In the 17th FAO bulletin internal working titled "wind mi s for water lifting and the generator of electricity on the farm" which was written by EW Golding, wind energy generated power is formulated as follows: P = k.F.A.E.v3 With P = power (kW) k = constant = 1,37.10-5 F = factor = 0.5926 A = cross-sectional area (m2) E = efficiency of the rotor and other tools v = wind speed (m / sec) C. Hybrid Power The collaboration of these two energies can be described as in Figure 5 below

Figure 5. Hybrid Energy Joint Chart From Figure 5, we will take advantage of wind energy is captured by wind turbines that are expected to contribute more because they do not know the time, day or night, to get it but it requires a certain speed so that its energy can be utilized. In addition to utilizing wind, also use the second option is solar energy which considerable potential especially in open areas. But keep in mind how long the sun shining on the earth and how long did that energy can be utilized effectively. Consider the advantages and disadvantages of both, hopefully with a good collaboration system is expected to support each other. In addition to both battery banks used also serves to store excess energy when sufficient wind and sunshine so in a state that does not allow getting the solar intensity and wind speed are enough to draw energy to the battery bank required energy providers. Similarly require when needed Converter to convert from DC to AC electricity which is used to model the lamps in Indonesia.
