And you arrived at the store sometime between 10:15 and 10:30, before Sergeant Blue arrived, is that correct? - Yes 17. So to make your story plausible, the bus had to have arrived at the bus stop precisely at the time you arrived at the bus stop, and it had to have driven fast on the main roads and side streets, in order for you to have arrived at the store in less than 15 minutes. I walked - That is not possible because the grocery store is 3 few miles away from your house. There is no way you could have gotten there before in less than 15 minutes, by the time Sergeant Blue got there. 23) Would you say you parked in Greens Grocery parking lot? Yes 24) Thats interesting that you say that, because as we can recall from BJ Smiths testimony, there was only one car in the parking lot at the time of the crime and that was Robins Right? 25) And as we can recall from Sergeant Blues testimony, when he arrived at the crime scene there was still only one car in the parking lot. Right? 26) SO that is VERY interesting that you say you drove your car and parked infront of the store!
