ACTIVITIES FOR JANUARY Leadership Seminar - January 31,2013 at Caacao Auditorium - Theme: Sebastinian Leadership: Exploring our Rights and Responsibilities - Morning- High School Students, Afternoon- College Students Feast of St. Sebastian - January 21, 2013 - Activities coordinate to the Campus Ministry Office - Events: Procession, Evening Mass, Painting Making Contest ACTIVITIES FOR FEBRUARY Mr. & Ms. San Sebastian - Schedule for Screening- January 18, 2013 - 2 pair of candidates (10 College & 10 High School) at the Masscom Laboratory - Judges: Ms. Puti, Ms. Icasiano, and one in Teatro Baile de Cavite - Pre-Pageant: Talent Night Auditorium/Gym : Sponsors Night- SM Rosario (for signing of letters atleast ahead of Jan. 18) : Wears- Casual, Evening Gown, Uniform, Swimsuit : Prizes- Transferrable of Tuition Fee : Students Assistants are open to join : Theme- JUNGLE for production number only : Ticket-Php 3,000 per candidate ACTIVITIES FOR MARCH Graduation Ball - Leslies Restaurant, Island Cove, Tanzas Oasis- options for the Graduation Ball

- January 16,2013- occular inspection - Survey to all graduating students Graduation Day Student Council Election - February 28, 2013- Meeting de Avance - March 1,2013- election day Inter-Org. LANYARD Approved by the VP for Student Welfare, but still waiting for the approval of the budget. PERMIT No Permit No Exam Policy on Prelims, Midterms and Finals. PEER FACILITATORS GROUP They are requesting to conduct their cosplay activity on foundation day as the proceeds of the said activity will go to their outreach program. ANNUAL DIALOGUE Options: February 22 or March 4 : 9-12 or 3-5 Caacao Auditorium
