meaning of swati
You are a compassionate individual and a cause or a movement whose purpose is to make a better world fascinates you. You are very unrealistic, occasionally to the point of being naive about people or methods. You have extraordinary concern and seek to produce a more benevolent society. You are attracted to those who endure physically or are at the hand of discrimination. You are the righter of wrongs and your sincere goal is to restore humankind. You are eager to surrender in order to press on your cause. Without a doubt, this seems to be a subject matter in your life.

From time to time, you find yourself caught up in a project whose very life depends upon your eagerness to forfeit something that relates directly to your self-image. You are extremely idealistic and visionary with the skill to influence and direct the masses. Deep inside, you long for the love and approval of the many, and seek fame. Part of this hunger for fame has a lot to do with your need for support; you are your own harshest critic. You recognize your best fulfillment when you are involved in some action that directly benefits the community in a good way. Political affairs, law, protection of the environment, teaching, and healing are areas in which you would do well. You have an extensive outlook of human race and you are not shackled with narrow-mindedness. You most likely have friends and acquaintances from all walks of life, all colors and spiritual backgrounds. People captivate and enhance you. A large assortment of people and experiences motivate and produce traits within you that would otherwise lay dormant. You possess a large quantity of creative talents. Most with your Expression number discover themselves in the field of the arts, particularly in journalism, painting, and the visual and the theater arts. The Expression number 9 indicates the conclusion of a series or a building block of knowledge. It suggests that you have come to the point where an advance can take place. During this generation you can apply all that you have learned all along your evolutionary path and complete a main stage in your progress. This is why we come across so many geniuses with the 9 as an Expression number. You have the ability to create many various bits of information into a combined whole. Your appearance is very important and you are intensely conscious of how others see you. Therefore, others perceive you as someone with a large amount of power. On the other hand, you are charismatic and even with the cold and distant character you project, people are still fascinated by you. You have the tendency to convey your love rather distantly. You are more likely to be lost in thought with your vision or cause, and occasionally fail to notice the desires of those closest to you. You often need to be reminded to offer your love more face-to-face and more honestly. As luck would have it, you are a very affectionate and genuine individual, but a lot of the times you forget to express what you really feel. In the same way, you can miss your own needs as well. This can cause you to keep away from sharing your deeper feelings, creating a tank of emotion. You have the tendency to push back your own pleasure in favor of some bigger work. Try to be more natural and bold about presenting your actual personality, together with your defenselessness. Your essential trust in the decency of humankind is immovable which in turn causes you to egg on the most excellent in people, however it rarely makes you susceptible to being taken advantage of. You are not a very good judge of character. The only true way to achieve individual fulfillment, is for you to become part of some bigger public cause. It is your nature to serve and you are happier when you feel you are helping to progress humankind. From the Indian name of the third brightest star in the night sky, called Arcturus in the western world.

Who is she? Swati is anything but wishy-washy! Endowed with qualities that one would more readily attribute to a man than a woman, Swati is full of energy, bold and authoritarian. Rather egocentric, her primary concern is herself and the second is asserting herself (her first name begins with two letters that have a value of 1). Nonetheless, deep down inside, worry and self-doubt subsist, and this could manifest itself in different ways due to the influence of 1 and 8. For example, if she thinks she is in the wrong, she could project these feelings onto the outside world and become wary, distant and rather haughty, a wry smile on her face, on the defensive... She could either become introverted, hiding away in her shell, or she could go the other way by being original - eccentric even, in a radical attempt to compensate. In fact, an apparently interiorized nature that is thoughtful, cerebral and analytic (7) coexists with a more concrete, materialistic tendency (8), and this duality can

result in a very strong character! However, these influences are karmic, and Swati could constantly alternate between these two orientations in life. With one, material preoccupations are predominant, while the other is uncomfortable with money and is drawn to spirituality or abstraction... Whatever the case, this is a woman who is active, determined, shrewd and impatient, and somebody who seeks power, above all. As a child, she can be a shady character. Rather hard-nosed and touchy, she is prone to anger. Somewhat jealous, she demands exclusivity. All the same, she knows what she wants, and with a little help from her dynamism, her opportunism as well as her personal magnetism, she usually succeeds in getting it, (especially since flexibility and weakness arent words that she understands). Her upbringing should be firm but fair. She needs to be able to admire her parents, particularly her father, and cant excuse weakness in them. What does she like? Her dream is one that is within her reach: she wants to influence people, to be a living, breathing example for others, and she intends to reach dizzy heights, one day. Luckily, she is also prepared to make the necessary effort to get there. In romance she needs to be able to admire her partner, and his social status is likely to be of considerable importance to her, or he had better be extremely intelligent. However, her true nature is quite dominant, and it might not be an easy task dominating and admiring the same man!... Happily, her active number 26 takes her in the precise direction that is needed to achieve and maintain an equilibrium that is quite fragile, after all. Nevertheless, she definitely isnt cut out for the role of a meek and and mild housewife! What does she do? Swati could be attracted to professions in connection with the world of business (management, finance, banking...), liberal or independent occupations, those in relation with the notion of power (police...) or action (sport), of an esoteric or parapsychologic nature, or in relation to the latest, cutting-edge or very specialized technology.

Juice is a liquid that is naturally contained in fruit and vegetables. It can also refer to liquids that are flavored with these or other biological food sources such
as meat and seafood. It is commonly consumed as a beverage or used as an ingredient or flavoring in foods. Juice is prepared by mechanically squeezing or macerating fruit or vegetable flesh without the application of heat or solvents. For example, orange juice is the liquid extract of the fruit of the orange tree, and tomato juice is the liquid that results from pressing the fruit of the tomato plant. Juice may be prepared in the home from fresh fruit and vegetables using a variety of hand or electric juicers. Juice is one of the most popular drinks to go with breakfast in the morning. Many commercial juices are filtered to remove fiber or pulp, but high-pulp fresh orange juice is a popular beverage. Common methods for preservation and processing of fruit juices include canning, pasteurization, concentrating
, freezing, evaporation and spray drying.

WHAT IS ANTIMONY?
Antimony is used in the making of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles, the type favoured by most mineral-water sellers. It is a silvery-white semi-metal that is also used in electronics and flame-proofing materials. Furthermore, it can be used as a medicine to treat people infected with parasites. The recommended EU limit for antimony in drinking water is five micrograms per litre. However, no limits exist for foodstuffs. Levels above this could cause nausea and vomiting however the effects of long-term exposure are unknown

Fruit juice cancer warning as scientists find harmful chemical in 16 drinks

Fruit juices drunk by millions of children each day could contain a harmful chemical linked to cancer, scientists have warned.

Researchers have found high levels of antimony - which can be lethal in large doses - in many popular brands. Scientists from the University of Copenhagen found that bottles of fruit juice and squash contained up to 2.5 times more of the substance as is deemed 'safe' in tap water, under EU guidelines. In some cases the levels of antimony were ten times higher. The scientists believe that the chemical is leaching its way into the fruit juice from the plastic bottles which hold it.

Previous research found traces of the chemical in bottled mineral water which experts believed was leaching in from the plastic container. The team has expressed 'concern' over their findings, published by the Royal Society of Chemistry, which they say raises fears for the health of millions of children. They have called for an investigation 'straight away'. The substance can cause cancer, heart and lung problems, according to previous studies. Although the scientists have not specifically named any brands, the chemicals are believed to have been found in 16 of the most popular blackcurrant and strawberry squash and fruit drinks consumed by children.

The Most Common Vitamins Found in Fruit Juices

Drinking fruit juice can help you get your daily servings of fruit and all the vitamins and nutrients that come with them. Fruit juices do not contain the fiber of raw fruits, so in that way they lack the complete nutritional value of fruit servings. Fruit juices can also be packed with sugar and artificial sweeteners, increasing their calories, so read labels carefully to make sure you're getting the vitamins and other healthy benefits from your next glass of fruit juice.

Thiamine

Though the best sources of thiamine are beans and lentils, you can also find thiamine in pineapple, grapefruit and other citrus juices
