Changes to MV Process
The LIB 510 MV Process includes the standard functions needed for the application station picture. The MV process package mainly supports the SPACOM, RED 500 and REC 501 products, the DTU products and the RTU 2xx range of products.
Error Corrections error configured picture SCIL error when a partially configured station picture function was used An error emerging in the station picture function when the control dialog was opened has been corrected. The error occurred when position indication process objects were created for a remotely controllable station picture function, but not for the L/R switch command process objects. Installation Changes to MV Process Changes to SPA Relay Tool Changes to SM/ SPACOM Changes to Trend Reports Changes to Fault
The LIB 510 SPA Relay Tool is used for configuring, parameterizing and creating necessary process objects, for instance, in SPACOM terminals. All the information recorded by the terminals is accessible for presentation on the display and the registers can be reset remotely. If the terminal has several parameter setting banks, shifting between the setting banks is possible from the tool.
Improvements Module instance number added to module type name If the configured SPACOM rack includes more than one module of the same type, then, starting from the second module instance, a module number (like #2) is added to the module type name to help distinguish and select the proper module. Modified files: \LIB4\FMOD\SPA_TOOL\SPAMMI\SPAMMI.VSO Final confirmation for downloading added Final confirmation is now requested before the actual parameter downloading begins. Modified files: \LIB4\FMOD\SPA_TOOL\SPAMMI\SPAMMI.VSO
Changes to SM/SPACOM
The LIB 510 SM/SPACOM includes files for all SPACOM units and for REC 501. These files contain information about parameters, setting banks, events, registers and presentation windows and they are used by the SPA relay tool.
Improvements SPAS SPAS 348 added The feeder protection unit SPAS 348 has been added to the list of SPACOM modules. Modified files: \LIB4\FMOD\SM_SPACOM\SPACOM\INST\DEVICES
Installation Changes to MV Process Changes to SPA Relay Tool Changes to SM/ SPACOM Changes to Trend Reports
The LIB 510 trend reports allow the user to record and display time-related process data. Trends can be presented as full-graphic curves in graphical mode or as tables in tabular mode. Changes to Fault Reports Changes to DRError Corrections trend picture Legend cut in trend picture The trend picture has been corrected so that the complete legend of the tenth trend curve is shown. The Fault and Power Quality Reports system is a part of LIB 500 and LIB 510. It provides automatic generation of reports after an event, which can be a final trip or a special event for power quality registration, comes from a relay. Power quality registration is only supported in certain terminals. The first terminals having the support are the REF 541/543/545 release 3.5 terminals. Fault and Power Quality Reports also contains tools for configuring and browsing fault and power quality reports.

The LIB 510 DR-Collector Tool includes the DR-Collector Tool and the Disturbance Draw. The DR-Collector Tool is a disturbance recorder tool used for uploading disturbance recordings from the disturbance recorder, for monitoring, deleting recordings, remote triggering, copying, deleting and moving. The disturbance recorder is intended to be used for verifying the proper operation of protection relays and circuit breakers and for analyzing protection problems in electrical power systems. Disturbance Draw is used for viewing the disturbance recordings.

Improvements Character set conversion To unify the national and special characters of the texts shown on the HMI of the terminals and by the relay tools, support for converting different character sets between the terminals and the relay tools has been implemented. Previously, for instance, the Relay Setting Tool displayed an odd character in the place of a mismatching character, but now a matching character is displayed whenever possible. A mismatching character is now replaced by a question mark. Currently only one automatic conversion between the terminal font (RED500) and the ANSI 1252 (Latin 1) Windows code page is supported by the Relay Setting Tool, Relay Download Tool, Relay Mimic Editor and DR-Collector Tool/Recorder Tool. The terminals concerned are REF 541/543/545, REM 543/545, RET 541/543/545, REC 523 and REX 521. Modified files: \\LIB4\FMOD\DRCT\DRCT.VSO \LIB4\FMOD\DRCT\RECTOOL\RPI_MOD\RPI_MEDREC16.MOD
