BRIEF HISTORY: Upon a detailed study of the historical facts of the original Confederacy in the year, 1781, it has been confirmed that the 1789 constitution for the United States of America was never properly ratified as Rhode Island never agreed to any replacement of the Articles of Confederation with the 1789 constitution for the United States of America. The requirements that were set out in Article XIII of the Articles of Confederation were as follows: Article XIII. Every State shall abide by the determinations of the United States, in Congress assembled, on all questions which by this confederation are submitted to them. And the Articles of this confederation shall be inviolably observed by every State, and the Union shall be perpetual; nor shall any alteration at any time hereafter be made in any of them; unless such alteration be agreed to in a congress of the United States, and be afterwards confirmed by the legislatures of every State. For with one objection, and the United States, in Congress assembled never re-assembled to vote on the alteration of the Articles of Confederation into the 1789 constitution for the United States
of America. Absent a vote by the 74 delegates threw the original Union of States into perpetual dis-honor and treason against the Confederacy. Since the term perpetual only applied to the Union and not the existence of the States, allowed todays affirmed American Nationals to alter the condition of The United States of America that benefits all whom might be affected by the perpetual dis-honor and treason by the original thirteen Independent States.
CORRECTIONS:
1: The general post office for The United States of America was re-claimed and resurrected in 2010. 2: The original perpetual Union was moved to the Congress of the Confederation of the Nations and States where The United States of America is no longer a International Governmental Organization rather a Independent Nation, and a member of the Congress of the Confederation of the Nations and States. 3: All newly formed offices have been filled that were created by the Articles of Confederation, as amended on September 5th, 2012. 4: All entities have been properly connected to the Declaration of Independence to the Articles of Confederation, to the Articles of Confederation, as amended and the General Postal Union Treaty has been signed without objection and many more corrections too numerous to mention in this ACT.
