Cravers Hub coffee bar and restaurant is determined to become a daily necessity for local coffee addicts, a place to dream of, as you try to escape the daily stress of life and just a comfortable place to meet your friends or to maintain family togetherness, just all in. With the growing demand for highquality coffee, food and great service, Cravers Hub will capitalize on its closeness to school campuses (La Consolacion University and BulSU) to build a core group of repeat customers. Cravers Hub will offer its customers the best prepared foods, coffee and special drinks in the area that will be complimented with pastries, as well as free for reading books and magazines that its valuable customers can read to enjoy their visit. The establishment will also offer a free Wi-Fi to get along with the tremendous technology.

1.2 Business Location Cravers Hub coffee bar will be located on the commercial building at the corner of Ople Rd. and Capitol view park. The company has secured a one-year lease of the vacant 200 square meter premises previously occupied by a caf named Caf Roca. The lease contract has an option of renewal for three years at a fixed rate that Cravers Hub will execute depending on the financial stability of its business. The floor plan will include a 9 square meters back office and 190 square meters for customers, which will include a seating area with 6 tables for two, 4 tables for four, a kitchen, storage area and two restrooms. This property is located in a commercial area which is just walking distance from La Consolacion University. The commercially zoned premises have the necessary water and electricity hookups. The coffee bar has clean interior design with modern wooden dcor that will convey the quality of the served food and beverages, and will be in-line with the establishment's positioning as an eclectic place where people can relax and enjoy their cup of coffee.

Our mission is to deliver total customer satisfaction by creating unique place where customers can socialize with their buddies on a comfortable and relaxing environment while enjoying the great tasting food, coffee and pastries in

town. An experience that will leave an impression on the customer and have them talking about even after the dining experience and to provide a consistent entertainment atmosphere as well as attention to detail when it comes to product quality.

2.1 Company Ownership CDJ coffee bar and restaurant is registered as a Limited Liability Corporation in the Philippines. Cindy Angeles owns 50% of the company. Ma. Lourdes Tan and Jhijie Delmar Soriaga both hold 25% ownership of the company.

3.1 Products/Services Description

CDJ s menu will feature a selection of dishes influenced by Filipino cooking traditions. Generally, the dishes will offer variations on "country" cooking themes. meats and poultry, seafood, and vegetarian offerings will change seasonally. Specialty coffees, espresso-based drinks, desserts and pastries, and light sandwiches will be available in the coffee shop. Musical offerings will span jazz and urban musical traditions.
