Requirements Check List for Local Applicants 1. Application Form (pdf/643kb) with 2x2 picture with white background. 2. Original copy of Transcript of Records (remarked for "evaluation" or "further studies" purposes) 3. Original Copy of NSO Birth Certificate 4. Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal/Certificate of No Issuance (For non-DLSU graduate who studied college or post grad in the Philippines.) or Certificate of Graduation (For applicants who did not study college or post grad in the Philippines. .Certificate must indicate degree title and date of graduation.) 5. Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school or current employer (Valid at least six (6) months from date of issuance.) 6. Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (pdf/101kb) 7. Updated Curriculum Vitae/Resume

8. Personal Statement containing Academic and Career Objectives(pdf/12kb) 9. Photocopy of research output* and other authored publications*^ (* for PhD applicants. ^ For Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing applicants) 10. An MBA/MBA-JD applicant needs to submit a CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT indicating that he/she has a minimum of 3 years work experience doing supervisory or technical/analytical work. The Certificate of Employment, likewise, needs to contain an applicant's JOB DESCRIPTION of his current and/or previous employment. 11. DBA applicants are requred to submit a thesis or a final paper in the master's program or the final paper in the "Strategy" course. 12. An MS in Psychology applicant intending to pursue the Industrial/Organizational track (MSPSYIO) needs to: (a) be employed upon application and admission to the program. Program does not accept full time students and (b) submit a Certificate of Employment from his/her current employer. This certication must be a current and ongoing employment in a corporate organization that is not a family-owned business of the applicant. 13. Other graduate programs that require Work Experience are the following: (a) MS in Marketing (2 years), (b) MS in Financial Engineering (2 years), (c) Diploma in Management (1 year); Diploma in Financial Engineering (1 year), Master in Risk and Insurance Management (6 months). Important Reminders: a. These requirements are INDEPENDENT of legal documents requested by the DLSU International Center for student visas. International applicants ARE REQUIRED TO FULFILL both Graduate Admission Requirements and the International Legal Requirements to be admitted to the university.
