COPY CHANGES — Minor copy changes, such as a name,
phone number or branch address, can be made if printed
in the same color ink, for $20.00(G) extra for each change,
in multiples of 500 pads only.
Scratch Pads
SHRINK WRAPPING — Is available for 24¢(G) per
package; 3, 4 or 5 pads per package. Please specify when
ordering. Add an additional 1¢ net per pad for quantities
over 5. To insert your furnished pen, pencil or business
card, etc., add 8¢(G) per package.
