Monroe Golf and Country Club offers several membership options to meet the needs of today's Country Club member. From the spectacular Donald Ross designed golf course, to the wonderful dining options and family fun at the Pool Complex, we can provide year-round entertainment for you and your family. Membership Categories and Information

Class A Regular (Stock) Membership: Stockholding membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Class A membership also includes: Unlimited Carts for the member and Immediate Family Complimentary Carts for up to three non-member guests per round Three Complimentary Guest Greens Fees per month Complimentary Golf Package (Locker, Bag Storage, Handicap Maintenance, Unlimited Range Use) Early Opportunity for Tee Time Bookings Reduced Pricing in Various Club Programs A Class A Regular (Stock) Member shall be entitled to full voting rights and eligibility for election to the governing Board of Directors. Stock purchase: $2,000 required 2013 Dues $450 per month

Class C Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to individuals ages 36 and up providing full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Monthly $50 Food spending minimum and $300 annual Golf Service Package purchase apply. Initiation Fee: $250 Dues Rate $275 Monthly Class A-1 Young Professional Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to individuals between 21 and 29 years of age, inclusive. This membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse (if applicable) and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Class A-1 Young Professional Members, upon reaching the age of 30, will not owe any additional initiation fees and may transfer to Class A-2 Young Professional Membership. Monthly $50 Food spending minimum and $300 annual Golf Service Package purchase apply. Initiation Fee: $250 Dues Rate $180 Monthly

Class A-2 Young Professional Membership: Non-stockholding membership available to individuals between 30 and 35 years of age, inclusive. This membership provides full access to all of the Club's facilities which include: golf, swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse (if applicable) and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Class A-2 Young Professional II Members, upon reaching the age of 36, will not owe any additional initiation fees, however, payment of the applicable stock purchase to the Club will be required if the member wishes to attain Class A Regular membership. Monthly $50 Food spending minimum and $300 annual Golf Service Package purchase apply. Initiation Fee: $250 Dues Rate $270 Monthly

Class B Social (Pool) Membership: Provides access to the Club's facilities which include: swimming, tennis, clubhouse, dining and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Social Pool Members may golf two times per month at applicable guest rates. Monthly $50 Food spending minimum applies. Initiation Fee: $0 Dues Rate $100 Monthly

Class B Social Dining Membership: Provides access to the Club's fine dining facilities and all social activities for the member, member's spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the Club. Monthly Food spending minimum of $50 applies. Initiation Fee: $0 Dues Rate $125 Annually

Additional Membership Information

Spending Minimums: All membership categories, with the exception of Class A and AA are required to meet a Monthly Food Minimum Support for the months of dining operations. For 2013, the February minimum is $25; March through December is set at $50 per month. Only charges for food (excluding tax and gratuity) apply towards minimum spending. Golf Services Package: Includes Full Practice Facility Use, a Member Locker, Bag Storage / Club Care and Handicap Maintenance. A Golf Service Package is included for the Class A Stockholding Member. Class C, A-1 and A-2 Members are required to have a minimum of one (1) Golf Services Package $300 annually. Spouse may be added for $100 annually. Children may be added at ala carte pricing.

Acceptance of Rules and Club By-Laws. Upon acceptance to membership in the Monroe Golf and Country Club, I agree to be bound by the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of Monroe Golf and Country Club. 2. Term of Agreement. All memberships continue until you provide the Club with written notice of resignation or transfer by December 31 of the calendar year. All requests for a change in membership status shall be subject to the provisions of the Club By-Laws. I understand that per Club By-Laws, after July 1 of any year, I am responsible for the entire years dues and other fees and spending obligations. 3. Membership Dues and Obligations. I hereby obligate myself for the payment of all dues, charges, and any other fees associated with the membership I have applied and have been accepted to. 4. Payment of Membership Obligations. Club accounts are due on the 10th of each month. Late fees will be assessed on unpaid balances on the 11th of each month. For your convenience, payment of your Club bill can be made from your checking/savings account automatically on the 10th of every month via electronic transfer. Completion of a direct debit authorization form is required to use this service. 5. Credit Card On File. I agree to keep an active major credit card and billing information on file with the Club, along with my authorization to permit the Club to bill any charges that are past due to my credit card. Credit card charges are subject to a 3% administration fee.
