ORDER: Discreet enquiries were conducted by the appropriate authority, on the allegations relating to corruption against Sri K.Peddabbulu, formerly Deputy Executive Engineer, Panchayat Raj, Razole Sub-Division, East Godavari District and revealed prima-facie a necessity to probe the matter in detail. Government entrusted the case to the Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings for conducting detailed and regular enquiry into the allegations, vide reference 1st read above. 2. The Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings has furnished the Inquiry Report, holding the charge as proved by all probabilities and the Charged Officer is guilty of the charge, vide reference 2nd read above. The Government, after careful examination of the report of the Tribunal for Disciplinary Proceedings and after following due procedure, has imposed a penalty of dismissal from service on Sri K. Peddabbulu, Deputy Executive Engineer, under Rule - 9 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 vide reference 3rd read above. 3. Aggrieved by the orders issued in the reference 3rd read above, Sri K. Peddabbulu, Deputy Executive Engineer (Under Dismissal) has filed an appeal to the Government requesting to reinstate him into service and to re-examine, reopen the subject to above order investigation into the bonafides of his appeal vide reference 4th read above. After careful examination, the Government rejected the appeal petition vide reference 5th read above. 4. Aggrieved by the above orders, Sri K. Peddabbulu, Deputy Executive Engineer (Under Dismissal) has filed O.A.No.10184/2009 before Honble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad vide reference 6th read above. The Honble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in its Judgment dated: 27.04.2012 in O.A.No.10184/2009 set aside the G.O.Ms.No.318, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Vig.II) Department, dated: 23.08.2008 (PTO)

::2:: issued by the Government holding it as illegal and directed that the respondents shall reinstate the applicant into service within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order vide reference 7th read above. 5. Government, after careful examination of the matter and following due procedure, decided to implement the orders dated.27.04.2012 of Honble Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.10184/2009 and accordingly, hereby reinstate Sri K. Peddabbulu, Deputy Executive Engineer, Panchayat Raj, into service with immediate effect. 6. The Engineer-in-Chief, Panchayat Raj, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
