Are for the benet of beings so that they may attain Buddhahood.

On white moon discs on the crowns of the heads,

Of me and all sentient beings pervading space,

Is a syllable HRIH which becomes the most exalted Chenrezig.

Clear white and emanating ve-colored light rays,

He is smiling and gazing with compassion.

The lower two hold a crystal mala and white lotus.

He is adorned with silks and precious jewels and

Wears the skin of a deer on his lower body.

Amitabha rests above his head, and

He sits with his two feet in the vajra posture.

Supported from behind by a stainless moon,

KYAB NS KUN DU NGO WOR GYUR
His nature constitutes all sources of refuge.

Imagine that you and all sentient beings pray together with one voice:

Master whose immaculate white enlightened body

DZOG SANG GYAS KYI U LA GYEN
Adorns the heads of perfect Buddhas, and

Who looks upon beings with eyes of compassion,

CHEN R ZIG LA CHYAG TSAL LO
Chenrezig, I pay homage to you.

Recite three or seven times or as much as possible.

Light rays emanate from his sublime enlightened body and

Appearances and sounds become inseparable awareness-emptiness.

Meditate upon the meaning of the recitation simultaneously.

Afterward, rest evenly in the self-nature of the non-conceptual three spheres.

My and other's bodies appear as the sublime enlightened body;

The practice of Lord Chenrezig,

May all beings without a single exception

Be established in that state.

The great accomplishment practice called All-pervasive Benet, A Meditation and Recitation of
the Great Compassionate One is blessed as the enlightened speech of Thangtong Gyalpo.

May it be auspicious! May there be abundance! May all beings be happy!

So that all sentient beings may attain Buddhahood,
