RESEARCH EXPERIENCE:

Pursued research on Strategy-Culture Fit in Selected Multi-national Corporations: An Empirical Study in Bangalore, India for PhD. This doctoral research comprehensively dealt with the components of culture that affect the formulation and implementation of strategies by Multi-national Corporations. Globalisation has opened India to several Multi-National Corporations and the research was important in the context of the different culture components that impact strategy formulation. The findings can be extrapolated to other countries of MNC entry especially those in Asia.

Currently conducting a Major Research Project on CrossCultural Training as an Entry of Strategy to gain City competitive advantage-An Empirical Study of Selected Multi-National Corporations Bangalore sponsored by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, India as Principal Investigator.

Conducting a Major Research Project on Empirical Study on Academic leadership in B Schools with special reference to Bangalore sponsored by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, India as Co-Investigator. Co-researcher in a University Grants Commission(South Western Regional Office) on Global Meltdown and its impact on Karnataka State at SDM College, Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
