WORK SUMMARY
Design Engineer at Onward Technologies Ltd., Pune October 2009 to Present (3 years 4 months) Project: Vehicle Integration Dept, M&HCV, Tata Motors Ltd, Pune. Software: Pro/Engineer wildfire, AutoCAD and Team-Center Enterprise PLM 8.3. Profile Summary:

Integration & Layout preparation of vehicle components, creation of Fitment and arrangement drawings for M & HCV Trucks. Creating model proposals for packaging, manufacturing & detailing of automobile components for various such as Steering System, Fuel System, Exhaust System and Pneumatic System for Heavy Vehicle Platform using Pro-e Wildfire & Creo/Parameters.

Creating Proposals for various automotive components such as Drag-links, Relay-Rods Pitman Arms, Steering Arms and Tie Rod assemblies. Preparing the DFMEA, DFA, DFM and DFS documents for the various groups in a vehicle.

Creation of BOM / Assembly structure and Release control of various Group aggregates for Heavy Trucks using Teamcenter Enterprise. Co-ordinating with Shop floor & Supplier with respect to new and updated design.

Sr. Design Engineer at KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd. April 2008 to October 2009 (1 year 6 months) Project: Cummins Filtration Group and Cummins Power Generation. Software: Pro/Engineer wildfire, PDM Windchill and AutoCAD. Profile Summary: Creating the Engineering Change Order (ECO) in Matrix PLM according to the Engineering Change request (ECR) supplied by the Customer. Creating and Modifying Parts, Assemblies, cabling and Drafting of various parts and assemblies for mufflers, air filters of Generators and Engine components in Pro/Engineer and Auto CAD as per ECO using Cummins Filtration Standards. Publishing the created/updated parts, assemblies and drawings in PDM Windchill according to the customer Creating the EBOM of the assemblies and promoting drawings in Matrix PLM Life-Cycle.

Project: Packaging of battery system for electric vehicle Axeon Power Ltd, Scotland, UK. Software: Pro/Engineer wildfire 4. Profile Summary: This project is executed at onsite location Axeon technologies, UK. This project mainly deals with the new design of Battery management system which will be replaces the diesel engine to electric vehicle. The project involves design of battery packaging system, sealing and design of component so that It best suits to the vehicle and also feasible to maintenance.

Designer at UFT Consulting Ltd, Bangalore. November 2007 to April 2008 (5 months) Worked on Deputation with KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd. Pune, for Cummins Filtration Group & Cummins Power Generation.

Trainee Engineer at Group of Engineers. April 2005 to November 2007 (2 years 9 months) Worked as a Pro/E faculty here after trained Pro/Engineer in Group of Engineers. Later deputed for Satyam-Venture Engineering Services Ltd. Hyderabad, AP.

Project: Linkage and Suspension System, Sat-Ven Engineering. Ltd, Hyderabad. Software: Pro/Engineer & AutoCAD. Profile Summary: My responsibility at Satyam-Venture was to create and modify Control arms, Ball pin assemblies and Tie Rod assemblies of Linkage and Suspension System for various automotive vehicles using Pro/Engineer (Modeling & Detailing) and AutoCAD as per client standards. CSS Data Catalogue Preparation for TRW, Germany This project involves downloading the data from the PDM, Pro/Ilink, and to classify the ball joints using different parameters like type of interlocking the ball pin, type of housing with which it is assembled, diameter of the ball pin.
