The Lords Table Invitation Prayer of Confession Holy God, for those times when we allow the business of life to overshadow our relationship with you, we ask for your forgiveness. When we are resentful towards others because of the decisions we felt we had to make help us to be reminded that you call us to be servants, like Jesus. As we come to your table, we pray that you will guide our hearts to be fully present, leaving our daily struggles behind, to be like Mary and choose to be with you.
