Happy 2013 Dub Nation!! As I re ect back on 2012 I realize what a wonderful year it was; many new friends and new dubbers joined our family! What I love most about dub is that we are a family here! As a family we grow, learn, struggle, and succeed together. As we turn toward a new year, lets take that wisdom and experience from 2012, and make 2013 the best year ever! How and what are we going to do di erent?? Our long term focus at dub Nutrition is to UNITE FOR ONE Healthy Generation. That Generation begins with you! It begins with you Discovering your Ultimate Body and sharing your story with your circle of in uence. Your story is powerful, inspirational, and motivating. My question to you is, why wait to share your story at the end of a BBD Challenge? So many times we feel that we have to wait until our story is nished, but I feel the opposite! Share your story earlier, create an accountability to yourself, and inspire others to join in the journey to Unite for One and change lives. Where does my story begin? In Reality it begins on week 1! The rst 7 days are the most important steps implementing a lifestyle change in eating healthy, exercising, and supplementing. I have seen folks lose 5 to 12 lbs. in one week. Their personal story has begun with great success! Be fearless in telling your story, especially in the beginning of your journey. Week 2 is the hardest week of any health challenge, and it is the most important week to join together with your team and support system. Week 3 is where the habit begins. It takes 7 days to break a habit, and 21 days to make one. Once week three is complete with perfection, meaning no cheating with naughty carbs at night, it is possible to have lost 8 to 15 lbs. and 3 inches o of your waist and inches on your thighs. Change is possible. What I hope you gain and apply to your 2013 goals is that it takes 21 days to make a habit and 7 days to break the habit (sometimes all it takes is one bad weekend). Be dedicated, and in 12 weeks you will establish a true lifestyle change. At dub we are in the business of Changing Lives! We have now blessed the lives of thousands. 2013 COMPENSATION PLAN
At dub nutrition, Unite for One is our focus on each individual as we help them identify, create and sustain a healthy lifestyle. Your dub business is a simple, personal approach to helping others. dub nutrition provides a performance based compensation plan that rewards each distributor with bonuses and commissions. In addition, the dub marketing plan will also reward your customers and preferred members with prizes and promotions as they participate in dub Challenges and accomplish their health goals!

dubRewards brand new this year is our dubRewards program for both customers and distributors. Each auto ship order earns between 10% and 30% on the PV of your autoship order, which you can spend back on dub products and prizes! Preferred Member Bonus also new this year is our Preferred Member bonus. A customer can now join dub nutrition as a preferred member and receive distributor wholesale pricing. And our dub distributors earn 20% on each and every Preferred Member order! First Order Bonus is paid on the rst order of each new distributor that you personally enroll. The First Order Bonus works in conjunction with the triple duble! Triple duble bonus earn up to $650 in triple duble bonuses! In addition to earning a First Order Bonus on each personally enrolled distributor, once you enroll an active distributor on both your left and right sales legs you have completed a duble and will be paid a $50 duble bonus. To earn a duble duble bonus of $150, simply assist each of your personally enrolled distributor earn their own duble bonus. And nally, when your personally enrolled distributors earn their own duble duble bonus, you will earn a $450 triple duble bonus! Once you have earned your own personal triple duble bonus, you will be eligible to earn a 50% match on the triple duble bonuses earned by distributors you enroll. Team Commissions the most exciting change to Team Commissions is the increase in PV! The PV of all products was increased a minimum of 14% - which goes directly to your Team Commission earnings! Dont forget you can match the Team Commission earnings of distributors in your organization.

Executive Check Match interested in matching the Team Commission of ALL distributors in your organization, not just the rst few? As a quali ed Executive, you will match 10% of the Team Commission earned by all distributors in your personally enrolled legs, down to the rst Quali ed Executive in that leg. As a Presidential, you will match 15% of the Team Commissions earned by all distributors down to the rst Quali ed Executive, and 5% on all distributors below the Executive in that leg. As an Ambassador, you will match 20% of the Team Commission earned by all distributors down to the rst Quali ed Executive, and 10% on all distributors below the Executive, in that leg. You will match 5% on all distributors below the rst Quali ed Presidential, in that leg. Car Bonus new to the Car Bonus, is the $300 cash option. The dub nutrition Car Bonus still pays $600 for the lease of an approved dub nutrition luxury car, but a distributor may elect to receive a $300 cash bonus in place of the $600 car lease bonus. Loyalty Bonus steady, consistent and unchanged! The Loyalty Bonus rocks! Presidential Pool Bonus its bigger and better for 2013! The Presidential Pool is now 2% of total company GV divided among quali ed Presidential Distributors. Earn one share for each Star! Ambassador Pool Bonus if the Presidential Pool is bigger and better, than the Ambassador Pool is biggest and best!! The Ambassador Pool is also 2% of total company GV divided among quali ed Ambassador Distributors. Earn one share for each star.
