We are seeking a highly motivated detail oriented individual who can work in a multi-disciplinary team and who is interested in helping grow the company. Key Responsibilities Drafting and maintaining Joint Venture Service Agreements Preparing JP05 calculations as required Processing Assignment Agreements relating to Operated and Non Operated Joint Venture Service Agreements Preparing and issuing of Operated Exhibit and Schedule Revisions Handling of Non Operated Exhibit and Schedule Revisions Communicating with internal departments (Engineering, Accounting, Land, Field) with respect to fee increases, well additions, and Agreement executions and terminations Assisting Joint Venture Representative with area and fee reviews, annual budgets, etc. Assisting Joint Venture Representative with tracking and maintenance of Joint Venture Cost Recovery Report and Joint Venture Scorecard Preparing and issuing of mail ballots Reviewing DOIs for AFEs in AFE Navigator Responding to general inquiries both internally and externally as required Providing support as required to the Joint Venture Representative

Qualifications/Attributes A Petroleum Joint Venture Administrator Certificate or Petroleum Joint Venture Analyst Extension Certificate through Mount Royal University. Minimum of 2 to 5 years in the oil and gas industry working in Joint Ventures. Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders (Production Engineers, Production Accountants, Joint Venture Accounting, Land, etc.). Must take a pro-active approach and be able to work in a fast paced, team focused environment where strong multitasking, organization and interpersonal skills are required. Self starter, ability to work independently with a detail oriented approach. Proficient user of MS Office Software. Knowledge in using JOSA, JOMA, AFE Navigator, Qbyte, and CS Explorer would be desirable. Member of the Petroleum Joint Venture Association is preferred.
